S Park Design Hotel

With friendly staff who always wanna try best with unstoppable inquiry, S Park Design Hotel is surely said to be the most recommended one. Rooms are moderate but very comfortable bedding and unique decoration. Love to be in the sun so relaxingly nearby the cozy swimming pool. Breakfast is acceptable. Located around 2 Km from the city. On the other hand, it should not be a big deal, which means a free drop off service is regularly provided 4 times a day. Taking everything into consideration, it is a good hotel and do recommend.

We loved it here! We were travelling through for one night on our way to Cambodia and booked here. The staff were amazing! The manager was so kind and upgraded our room. He told us that there are many students that just graduated from college working here and he wants them to practice English and help give them a career and he coaches and mentors them. He asked if they could practice their English with us and if we could ask questions when we saw them. The staff were so kind and attentive. There’s a free shuttle into the city but you can also walk there too. Highly recommend!

I have been all over North Laos. I have stayed in many hotels. All 3-5 star. S Park Design hotel in Vientiane is the cleanest, most friendly, professional and incredibly unique design. The S Park's manager (Phon) and his staff were so helpful at every stage of our stay. able to organize their own transport to the COPE rehab/war museum, and making calls to check things on our behalf. The hotel is a short walk to the river, and a short taxi ride to the main centre. Thanks for a great night's stay!

I just finished a 2 night stay at S Park Design Hotel and would definitely stay here again the next time I visit Vientiane. It is a great hotel with an excellent staff and hotel management. The manager Phon (Paul) is so wonderful and you can see how much he cares about making sure hotel guests have a great experience at the hotel. He and his staff assisted me with printing travel docs and reserving a shuttle to the airport as well as using the hotel’s shuttle drop off service and their free bikes. The rooms are comfortable and clean and the property has a good sized fitness room and a gorgeous pool. I also used the laundry service and my clothes came back clean and smelled amazing. I had a wonderful trip and a wonderful stay

We made the right decision to book S Park Design Hotel for our pilot project during investigating a possibility to run a workshop in Vientiane. Booking online is a great deal because the room rate included free facilities: swimming pool, fitness, parking space, free wifi as well as good breakfast. Room is comfortable enough with clean linens. All in all, the offered service by friendly staff at this property met our expectation. Highly recommend.

Usually, when I prolong my stay in a city, I prolong because I like the city's museums, galleries, parks, nightlife, etc. On this particular trip, I prolonged my stay due to the hotel.This is a first for me. I initially planned to one night, but I ended up staying a week. I am happy to say that Paul (the manager) runs a highly efficient establishment. It is very rare that I come across a property that meets my expectations. This hotel exceeds them and more! The entire staff shines as the perfect personification of hospitality. Everything, from the gentle, warm smiles of the receptionists to the clean, crispness of the sheets, conveys that customer satisfaction is the ultimate goal of this hotel. The manager is extremely personable. He leads by example, and he should be celebrated. I've had the best stay here, and I am definitely coming back.

The hotel provided everything you would expect at the price range to the highest standard. The junior suite had the aesthetic of a midtown NYC apartment with metallic tones and exposed beams. What really set this experience about though were the staff, phonepasith went out of his way to make us feel welcome, recommended restaurants for Valentine's day and even gave us a lift into town after his shift. Mula and the rest of the team were just lovely and felt like they truly were a team and took pride in their work. Great stay. P.s: We received a complimentary cake with our names iced on top for our anniversary !

Reception is so efficient and being greeted by Ms. Moular's infectious smile and welcoming manner makes you know instantly this is going to be the most pleasant relaxing experience. If that is not enough the Manager instantly recognises you as a return guest personally thanks you for your continued support adding to the VIP feeling you get every moment of your stay. This is a modern spotlessly clean and well maintained hotel with a lovely pool and well equipped gym located in a quiet yet convenient location not far from airport, town centre and river. If you are looking for paradise look no further. S Park has everything for the perfect, most relaxing,friendliest, happiest holiday you could imagine or wish for. This is the only hotel I will use in Vientiane. The staff is outstanding, led by the best manager in Vientiane, Mr. Phonepasith. His integrity and professionalism is unmatched, and he instills the same values in his staff. I lost my cell phone in Vientiane on a visa run, and thought I would never see it again. He actually found it and retrieved the phone for me, at no cost. He is an outstanding leader and exteremely responsible, and takes pride in taking care of his guests. All the staff are very friendly and helpful, and I look forward to seeing them every time I visit Vientiane. The rooms are clean and spacious, and are an excellent value for the price. The pool is excellent, and there is a small gym. The food service is top notch, and efficient. The breakfasts are excellent. I highly recommend this hotel. One of the best values in Vientiane!
