Family Boutique Hotel

Family Boutique Hotel was the perfect stopover for a late arrival before heading out to southern Laos next morning. The room is basic but had good WiFi and AC. We were also pleasantly surprised with the quality of the breakfast spread considering the bargain price we paid for the room. Staff were very accommodating with holding our luggage despite us coming by multiple times to take things out and put things back in. The location is very central and while not the most impressive lodging option, it’s a great value.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. But they are have very helpful staff. The boss take care for their business and with a manager take care for cuatomer. Everything good. Rooms were clean and area around also look nice. Enough coffee, restaurant in hotel. Easy to enjoin. Hope to come back 1 more time here. Best Services.

Staff are very helpful and friendly, I requested to check in early as I come from pakse by sleeping bus and I got that. Room is Junior double with city view, breakfast is the best in Vientiane hotels, many items to choose.

It was like a simple hotel, but, staff was very nice, friendly, and help full, first check-in I get welcome drink, it was good after long trip from Luangprabang by bus. Breakfast is also excellence, they have Lao and internation cruisine, and my best of the best for me is coffee

I came to Lao every 2 months. When I come I alway book family boutiques hotel. The Staff are very nice and very helpful. Breakfasts is very good and the room very clean. Excellent customer service and the manager made our stay even more wonderful. Comfortable rooms and a great night sleep. Easy walking distance to the city otherwise take a tuk tuk. Would definitely stay here again

The entire hotel gives a quiet clean feeling. Most staff we dealt with in daily basis could communicate in English and manager NOI was extremely attentive to guests’ needs/quick to respond. Room is large, clean, and very quiet at night. Morning Market and Night Market/near Mekong River are within walking distance (if one doesn’t mind walking). Breakfast buffet offers decent selection of western and local foods. We were also given vouchers to get free drink (juices). Hotel has a meeting room on the top floor with bare essentials (projector, microphones, tables and chairs, pencils and pages to take notes). There are many hotels and restaurants nearby but would definitely stay here if I come back to Vientiane.

I have stayed here 2 times in last 2 months, it still make me happy and enjioned my great breakfast, room is ok, but, make sure you book for the deluxe room and Junior room if prefer for the window outdoor view. staffs are great, helpfull, location is center. I recommment this hotel.

We selected the hotel for it's location and we were not disappointed. The balcony room was a real plus with a view of the surrounding area. The hotel is just a short walk from a few main restaurant areas and even within walking distance too the Night Market. The breakfast buffets were very nice.

Great location within easy walking distance to most of the things you will want to see. Despite the odd name, the rooms are clean, well-appointed, comfy and quiet. Also, breakfast is quite good buffet style with made to order eggs. Staff was friendly and spoke English. Excellent all around stay and it exceeded my expectations. Will stay here again.

This is a nice hotel and value for money and a max of 10 minutes walk from all the sights and shops in Vientiane. My room was at the back and quiet. Friendly, helpful staff who all have a godo level of English. Extensive breakfast buffet including noodles and cooking fresh eggs and omlettes. They can provide a shuttle bus back to the airport.
