Vientiane Garden Villa Hotel

This trip was our first trip to Vientiane. It was difficult because it is quite different from my country. But the hotel manager was so helpful, he helped us lots like show us where we should go. It went smoothly and finally we had a really lovely stay. They have many kinds of services such as rental cars, tours, flight tickets booking at a very cheap price. Thank you, guys. We definitely be back here again.

Everything was perpect. the hotel was nice and clean, staff were friendly and helpful. swimming pool was beautiful. Location was good. we enjoyed our time here so much. if in the future we come back laos, we will stay here definitely.

Arrived in a large group of 15 with a desperate last minute booking. The front desk staff were generous enough to give us an outstanding and affordable price allowing us to have access to and amazing pool, free wifi, complementary buffet breakfast and clean bathrooms/rooms. 10/10 recommend to everyone around the area.

Just spent 8 nights in the hotel. The management and the staff is First Class service always available helpful and always a very big smile which make you feel very welcome. The breakfast is ample and good. The room always very clean and bed comfortable. Nice swimming pool area where you can relax and water very clean. Location of the hotel is very central. Whenever I shall return to Vientiane I shall definitely return. Thank you to Twain and Tnyong for there kindness.

The hotel is located in the center of Vientiane, it’s nice and tidy. The swimming pool is perfect when you need a bit of refreshing after the whole day being exposed to the sun. The street food and some bars are nearby and the staff is helpful! Would night recommend staying there.  

We were very impressed how the works were hard at keeping everything clean. They were very friendly. The desk was also very helpful. The breakfast was well prepared with many selections to choose from. They also had bacon and eggs, scrambled or omelette. The coffee was good. The swimming pool was kept very clean all the time. The beds were comfortable and cleaned everyday. Two jug of freshwater supplied daily.

Do not trust the positive reviews of this hotel and visit the rooms allocated before settling down. The reception staff are very correct and professional. He is very courteous and respectful of customers : this is the only positive point. Reservations from Agoda or other sites appear to be treated with gross negligence by the management of this hotel. A reservation of a superior category room with a view of the city was processed in a small dark and humid room. Noisy air conditioning worthy of a low-class hotel. Air conditioning control lever so complicated that adjustment is impossible. Dilapidated bathroom and old plumbing. Door and window of the bedroom leading onto a collective wooden staircase with the obligation to keep the window curtain closed. A colony of mosquitoes had taken up residence on the wooden stairs and entered the room each time the front door was opened. A hotel I will never return to.

Great location, comfortable new rooms, lovely pool, friendly staff with good english We enjoyed our stay here, close to everything and in a nice area Ask for a room opening on the pool area to avoid street noise You can also book buses from here for vang vieng easily and at a good price.

Staff incredibly helpful, polite, and attentive to all our needs. My wife had an accident in Thatkek and we came here for a week to get medical care and for her to rest. Great choice. Staff were absolutely accommodating and looked after us very well. They went out of their way to make sure she was comfortable. Food in the restaurant was ok, but coffee could be improved. Many of the staff speak English so they were able to help organize transport when we needed, give directions, and help us find services. Special mention to Steve, Nhung, Hieu, and Jeng for their special care and attention. Thanks from Maureen and Annette.

We spent 1 night for a 2 days tour in Ventiane as a family. We enjoyed this centrally located villa with a great courtyard: a pool, under the shade of a mango tree was a big success for the kids. The hotel staff has been very polite and helpful to organise some taxis and tours. The rooms are clean. It was great value for money.
