We arrived at hotel about 9.30am and the staff, Mr. Lee allowed us to checked in early at 9.50am as he knows we are tired after taking early flight. All the staffs are very friendly and able to speak English. Would definitely come back again !

Good and friendly staffs and clean room. Nice view from 25 floor, complimentary fitness, swimming pool. If you wanna to Thai embassy, actually it very close to hotel. Should recommend you stay in this hotel

Very good place to stay with reasonable price and perfect facility like swimming pool, nice breakfast, very nice in room service, air-conditioning and easy to go to tourist attractions. I would like to recommend 5 of 5.

What a lovely place to stay. We came here this morning because of our unhappiness with our Airbnb which is an apartment in the building next-door. Although this hotel was almost fully booked, the girl at the reception, Thuy (pronounced ‘Tree’) was very helpful. Stay here and treat yourself. Excellent buffet breakfast. For a small fee, you can take the air-conditioned, large shuttle into other parts of the city.

My wife and I stayed here for 8 nights when we combined getting my Thai visa and a vacation. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and quiet with a great view of the river and city. Great breakfast buffet with homemade bread,cake,and pastries. Fresh eggs and omeletts made to order. Nice clean pool too! Also there are taxis and tuk tuks right outside for the quick trip to the city center. We'll stay here again in December. We enjoyed our time spent here.

I've been staying for 2 nights from this hotel. It was a remarkable and extraordinary experience. This is one of the best hotels in Vientiane. Great facilities, Excellent service and good customer service. I'm going back to this hotel next month

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. The rooms are big and clean, the staffs are helpful, view of the room was good, we did not like the breakfast so much, the pressure of water in bathroom was very week. But other things were satisfying.

I stay here for 2 nites with my friend. The room is clean and comfortable, also receptionists are very helpful. They show me how to get visa and some location for tourist. I will comeback next time, highly recommend!
