Pristine Mermaid Resort

We stayed in the beachfront villa overlook the ocean. The room is spacious and has great decor. Very modern. The open air shower and bath tub adds to the romantic vibe. The room is steps away from the clean beach with umbrella covered lounger so relax in while sipping on fresh coconut (from the local vendor). Highly recommended.

It was a resort that exceeded expectations. The Italian manager welcomes personally, At the time of seeing off, it was also understood that there was a slight mistake, and I was able to have a pleasant conversation. A cottage is marine style with a good sense, it was very comfortable. There is a bathtub and shower in the backyards with plenty warm water. Step out of the resort to enjoy the rustic Ngapali, and inside resort, you can enjoy upper services. It may be expensive compared to other hotels in this area, but much better than staying at this class resort in a major resort area. It is a great deal of value. Also Meal and coffee is GOOD too. I think thanks to the Italian manager. By the way, in the case of bad luck, the stock wine in the room has been damaged, even the other. Because there is still nothing good about Myanmar's cork, so it is inevitable. Polite response, not uncomfortable. I had a good feeling in the correspondence of the concierge at that time. I can't get in at major resorts, It is recommended for who want to forget daily noise.

We had a wonderful holidays at Pristine Mermaid hotel at Ngpali, the front beach rooms are magical, you can feel and see the ocean at any time. The beach just a three meters from the room, calm turquoise color waters were the perfect scene for our family. The beach have shadows from the threes and this allow us to be at the beach at any time without sun screen. The swimming pool is the perfect place to enjoy a sunset with a cocktail. The staff is amazing, the best service experience ever, they pay attention to de details, helping to check your flight itineraries, making sure you are going to airport on time... They have all the simplicity, beauty and services required for a luxury and wonderful stay.

We stayed 5 nights in Pristine Mermaid Resort Ngapali (Mermaid Suite beach front) , myself and my parents. The hotel is gorgeous- stylish, very clean and well- maintained. The beach and the sea are great. Maybe, the beach in front of the hotel is the best in the whole Ngapali. You feel the luxe everywhere. Staff is extremely friendly, helpful and speak very good English. Special thanks to the Operation Manager Ms Daria who speaks Russian and Vietnamese in addition to English and is very helpful and customer-oriented. Breakfasts are very good, the choice of food is rich and the food is delicious. We strongly recommend Pristine Mermaid Ngapali!

The resort is just fantastic, the beach only 2 to 3 meter away, the swimming pool is very nice, the staff is just wonderful and are very helpful, we had a fantastic stay and hopefully we will be back on day.

This is easily one of the nicest hotels that my wife and I have stayed in anywhere in the world. Staff were friendly and went out of their way to ensure that our requests were addressed quickly and satisfactorily. The breakfast buffet provided an extensive selection of asian and western options, fresh juices, fresh fruit, espresso coffees and friendly service. The rooms are large and the outdoor shower and bath were a nice touch. Evening turndown service was unexpected (chocolate chip cookies were good!). Gorgeous clean beach, good snorkeling, clear water, couldn't ask for a better beach experience. The only thing that would have improved our experience at the Pristine Mermaid would be if they had kayaks and paddle boards available for guests to use. We highly recommend this accommodation!

An immaculately maintained hotel. A lovely large room with semi circular front windows gave a good view of the sea horizon between the two beach front cottages. Good a/c, WiFi, TV we didn't try, fridge with mini bar selection beer and soft drinks (expensive), safe, tea and coffee. Bed turn down service. Well maintained gardens and pool, plenty of sun beds by the pool and beach. Good selection at breakfast, cereals, fruit, egg station, cheeses, hams, bacon, etc with several Asian hot dishes. Very comfortable with friendly efficient staff.

Stayed for Christmas we were made to feel so welcome all the staff so friendly and nothing was to much trouble always a welcoming smile and wave a credit to Daria breakfast very good and plenty of choice our room was fantastic kept spotless every day and plenty of amenities always hot water lovely touch when we got back to the room in the evening a little treat left lovely infinity pool right on the beach happy hour cocktails just in time to watch the stunning sunset thank you everyone for making our holiday wonderful also plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

This delightful & luxurious Hotel is so good, it makes you think what on earth can other more expensive Hotels be offering. Just sit in the open-air reception and watch new guests arrive and look at the bewildered & overwhelming smiles on their faces. They simply can't believe how good this place is. The villas are no more than 2 mins from the beach and you can hear the sea all day & all night which is very relaxing. The beach attached to the Hotel is by far the best stretch of beach in Ngapali and the sea beautifully warm with a nice gentle slope from the shore. Our villa had an outside bath and an outside separate shower which was a first for us and it was beautifully styled and furnished. A real class act. There is a complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport which makes things very handy and a really nice dinner service although there aren't many tables round the glittery pool, so booking in advance is essential. The breakfast is also very good although, a better choice of fruit juices would be appreciated. When this is the only thing that you could fault the Hotel for, you know that this is a very, very good Hotel. It may not be the most expensive but it is certainly the best. Word of warning though and this relates to Ngapali more than it does to the Pristine Mermaid. Make sure you go in Feb or March when the weather is good as there is nothing to do in Ngapali apart from lie in the sun.

We absolutely adored our stay at Pristine Mermaid. The location of the hotel was perfect and right in the middle of the best beach in Ngapoli. We specifically chose this hotel as loved that the infinity pool looked onto the beach. The rooms were beautifully decorated, clean and sensational views of the sea and Mermaid from our bed. We were staying in the second row of bungalows - would suggest this than the third row and pay that little bit more. Breakfast was good with a large variety to choose from, lovely coffee from the bar and staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. This is the place to stay when staying at Ngapoli - best beach - best hotel! Children friendly too Loved the outdoor bathroom, having a bath while looking at the stars and moon!!!

A wonderful holiday brilliantly arranged by the above agents would recommend them to anyone. We had many flights and transfer and all went very smoothly. Very interesting place to visit and the people lovely
