"Writing a evaluation for this hotel is like evaluate your home, becouse this is exactly how i feel when visiting this hotel like at home. It was our third visit and we really enjoyed. Especialy veyr friendly and helpfull staff. Perfect organization of our stay from the sales manager Mrs Aye Aye Aung and big help of manager of restaurant Anthony who really took a perfect care about us. There is many reason why to stay in this hotel but deffinitly one of them is perfect kitchech (thanks a lot Miss Ma Hayman! ¨always very fresh food, we were lucky end we enjoyed 2 parties (Xmas and New years) and bouth were fantastic with a lot of perfect food. Next reason is very relaxin spa Franicipani which is realy worth to visit even if you dont stay in hotel. Zar speaks perfect english so he organizes all that treatment and his masage as well as massage by Miss. Hla Hla are fantasctic. Very refreshing and such a plesure for us was meeting Mr. Bilal who is always smiling and always know how to make your day better and hapier. Thanks to all that people all staff whe made our holiday such a special and nice and we are really looking forward coming again hoply soon !. "My family and I spent 5 exceptional days including Christmas Eve at this beautiful and luxurious hotel. Since we were ending our trip to Myanmar in Ngapali beach we wanted to treat ourselves to the best resort during these last few days so we extensively researched all available options and finally decided on Ngapali Bay Villas & Spa. We can safely say it exceeded our expectations and after looking around neighbor hotels, aesthetically it is by far the most elegant. Everything is so beautifully put together, all the carefully chosen details make for an absolutely stunning resort. The rooms are incredible, spacious and extremely comfortable. The gardens are gorgeous and very well-kept. The food is delicious, with an authentic homemade taste, especially breakfast which is so different from most 5 * resorts, You actually feel the love and thought put into preparing it. The location is also perfect as it is situated in the best part of Ngapali beach. The staff are amazing, friendly and hard-working. The owner and her family and friends were also tirelessly at work making sure everything was perfect for Christmas, having cooked Christmas lunch herself (which was delicious)! We must also give a special thanks to May for taking such good care of us and for being exceptional. "We went to Ngapali Bay Villas & Spa for the second time. From the first second we were again very welcome. Aye Aye Aung welcomed us with a big smile. When we noticed after one day that we had forgotten the charger cable for the Samsung Galaxy S9, it only took a few hours until Aye Aye brought us a new charger cable to the beach. The whole crew at breakfast was very attentive and Thidar knew about our wishes. Also Anthony was always very friendly and both dinners at Christmas and New Years Eve were fabulous. Bilal Kanafani from the front office always had a smile on his face and through the intensive conversations with him we could again learn a lot about the country and its people. For us it is a real plus that Bilal works at Ngapali Bay Villas & Spa. The massages at the Frangipani Spa are more expensive than those at the beach, but they are much better, apart from the beautiful ambiance. July has an excellent and professional massage technique. The hotel complex is very well maintained and the beach area leaves nothing to be desired. For us a top destination to recharge our batteries. Ngapali Bay Villas & Spa is home far away from home."

"In our round trip in Myanmar we end our holidays with one week at the Ngapali Bay Villas & spa. The best hotel at the area. Very nice beautiful apartments clean and comfortable. Five steps and we were at the beach! The breakfast and dinner restaurant is the perfect choice to enjoy with ocean view! All staff were so polite and so nice to us! And we found a new friend so clever and polite that make us so happy! The F&B director "" Aung Myint Thaung "" Or Antony! He is the power man of the hotel! And together with “” May Hnin Khane ”” the girl with the most perfect smile we felt so hospitality and so good! Thank you and congrats, Eva + Manolis."

"From the moment we arrived we felt special. The greeting by reception staff especially Aye Aye is informative, welcoming and warm. We had a beach Villa with pool which was private, super comfortable and spacious. The beach is clean and secure, security ensure your belongings are safe and your privacy is free from sellers, total relaxation. The first 3 nights we ate dinner at various road side restaurants, personally all 3 dinners at 3 different places were cheap and rubbish. The final 3 nights we ate at the resort and wow that is what we came for. The chef's will cook to your taste and boy these guys can cook. The bar and waitress staff are super friendly and provide an impressive service standard, thank you Anthony, Win and others. We will definitely go back to this little slice of heaven! "

"This was our fourth visit to this glorious hotel and we will be back. I've previously reviewed the stunning decor, the beautifully designed rooms (all with a sea view) and the glorious sunsets from a perfect location over a spectacular beach. It's all still as perfect now as before - the most idyllic beach resort we have found. But the main reason we intend to keep returning is the caliber of the people who work here. Yes, you may have to wait a few minutes here and there, but the service is genuine and sparkling: so a special mention to Anthony and his restaurant crew, including Thidar, May, Aye Aye, Su Myat, Yee and Ko Ko, plus Bilal and the ever efficient Aye Aye at front of house. Thank you and see you next time."

"Ngapali Bay Villas & Spa is a beautiful paradise and has views that could be photoshopped if it wouldn't be the real world. Especially the staff was friendly and was always trying to read every wish from your mind. However, Bilal who is working on the reception desk made our stay an outstanding experience. He gave us tips and wasn't just friendly, he went often the extra mile to make our stay special. My girlfriend and me would recommend to look out for him to get tips that will make the difference. Also Phone and Anthony made a really good job and made our stay an unforgettable experience. "We had the most wonderful stay at Ngapali Villas and Spa. No complaints on anything from our side, our Villa, the restaurant, the beach, the Spa and mostly the friendliness and the service of all staff. We opted for a diving trip and this was also an amazing experience. Corals and many different fishes. We very much enjoyed this opportunity. The restaurant and the staff here is amazing, food is excellent. We loved it and hope to find an opportunity to go back."

"My wife & I stayed here for 4 nights, and were very sad to leave. My congratulations to all at the hotel, at all times we found all the staff to be both friendly and professional and overall one of the best teams we have ever experienced. We used the Spa (a lot) and can highly recommend. Same for the restuarant. I have added some pictures of the Villa we had which was beach front with its own plunge pool. Overall a great stay and we will be back. Our best wishes to all at the hotel during the current coronovirus problem and lets hope for a quick return to normality."
