GREAT Hotel!
Anne-cha7

Guiana

"We had a great time at this hotel! The beach is beautiful and peaceful since the hotel is further down the beach (not located within the village of Ngapali itself (8min by tuktuk)), the rooms are nice and spacious, the pool is beautiful, staff very friendly and helpful, and breakfast is tasty and varied. We also enjoyed tasty dinners and lunches at the hotel. I absolutely recommend this place!"

It is built by the sea , decorated with Myanmar teak in order to feel the tropical theme for all those who enter the hotel. Food also good, warm hospitality, room are large especially dining on opened deck under moon light experience is never forgettable. "If you like tranquility in a location with large rooms, fantastic cocktails, environmental first class hotel with a superb large infinty swimming pool overlooking a beautiful clean beach, then tis is for you ! Outside the hotel there is a Corner Bar run in conjunction with the hotel with the best fresh local seafood I have ever had (124 countries so far!) Prices incredibly low. Beds in the rooms so very comfortable. Staff very profesional, however could improve language skills."

Relaxing and breath taking

"This sections of Ngaplai is 100% amazing. Secluded and quiet. All you hear is the waves crashing on the beach.... Blue water and sunny sky. The infinity pool is large and always at the right temperature. The rooms are huge! We stayed in basic room, and it was well above the average size of most hotels we stayed at. The e-scooters were super fun, gave us the freedom to explore around. We can not wait to stay here again! Good job guys, keep up the great work ."

Absolutely Stunning!
Charlotte N

Malaysia

"We stayed at the end of October, beginning of November and we had just the most relaxing time. I have genuinely never seen a beach so naturally pristine and quiet - I don't know if it was the time of year or what but if we saw 2 other people on the beach at the same time as us that was rare. And it's not even a private beach! You could walk up and down the beach for miles if you wanted to, and its completely beautiful. We had a few days where the waves were quite strong so it wasn't great for anyone who isn't a strong swimmer but again I think that could have just been the time of year as it doesn't look like that's normally the case. Equally, there was hardly anyone else at the resort when we stayed either as it was the very beginning of the season for them I think, which made it feel like a very exclusive resort, just us and about 10 other people I'd say. The pool was spectacular, really comfy loungers, and the pool itself was clean and inviting - the perfect temperature for cooling off without being too cold. We were able to order food and drinks by the pool too making for a completely relaxing (and lazy!) holiday, just what we needed. And wow those beach sunsets watched from the pool were out of this world! Food and drink was excellent, really couldn't fault the quality at all, superb. And the menu was quite extensive with a mix of western and asian foods, and portions were really generous. Food isn't anywhere near as cheap here as is typical of Myanmar and other places we stayed, it's more like UK prices but you expect that from a resort as good as this. The only thing I would say is that it did take a while to come each time after ordering, but that's really not a big deal. The room was large, spacious and modern, and kept very clean for the duration of our stay. Great comfy big bed and the bathroom was also very new and well appointed. The rooms aren't very far from the pool at all, so no long walk to and from which is great. Oh and a lovely touch, the minibar contained a selection of soft drinks that were all complimentary and re-stocked each day - how wonderful! There doesn't seem to be much to do outside of the resort (though that didn't bother us as we were just there to relax) but those that want more things to do should be aware of that. Overall we have absolutely no complaints, we thought it was fantastic value for money for such a beautiful hotel and would recommend this fantastic resort to anyone - it really does live up to the beautiful pictures. We would offer the resort a few pieces of advice though just to take it that one step closer to absolutely perfect: - Please stop using plastic straws in drinks and instead switch to paper straws or better re-usable bamboo straws or no straws at all to be more environmentally friendly. - If someone orders room service or brings drinks back to their room, please ensure the empty plates and glasses are removed by housekeeping when they clean the room the next morning. - The physical menu in the restaurant is currently just pieces of printed paper taped together at the edge which doesn't reflect the sophistication of the resort or the fantastic food itself. It also isn't very practical around the pool for drips and splashes getting it wet etc. I recommend that you upgrade the menus to sit in a proper menu-book-type-thing to look a little more professional (like the books with the hotel info sat in them in the rooms). Also, it would be helpful if each person at the table was given a food menu to peruse and not just one menu between all. I'd also advise (though this isn't an issue for us) that you carefully list the allergens within each meal as we noticed some came with nuts within that you wouldn't expect (delicious, don't get me wrong) but someone with a nut allergy wouldn't have had any clue they were there and they weren't listed on the menu. Please don't take the above as criticisms, just advice, and overall THANK YOU for a fantastic stay, we highly recommend your wonderful resort."

"Staying here is amazing. It's a quiet resort where you can relax. The mini bar is complimentary, the gym is far better than usually found at hotels, room clean and large, views outstanding. The menu is varied and cost is what you'd expect from 4.5 star resort but the food is yum and the staff and friendly and attentive. Nice touch with free bicycle hire, or you can rent an E bike for $2 usd an hour. Highly recommended."

Truly Amazing
Richard B

"Jasmine Ngapali is a very good hotel/beach experience indeed. The hotel sits in (thee) prime location in the heart of the Ngapali area. The resort is approximately 10 minutes from the airport and cycling distance to town on the free bikes. Or E-Moped or Tuk Tuk if you want. This is a great hotel benefitting from miles of golden sands on a pristine beach with sunset views. The beach and resort are quiet and the peace and tranquility is just sublime. The infinity edge pool is quiet and its contemporary design sits just at the beach offering excellent views of the extended area. Never used the spa but did use the excellent gym every day. Great for a holiday workout. There is a restaurant/bar near the hotel and a tuk tuk service at the door. A brand new ATM is just at the hotel too. Had a thoroughly enjoyable and well presented buffet breakfast offering Asian and European cuisine. Looked forward to breakfast every day and washed it down with good coffee and fresh juice. The hotel benefits from a luxury feel with a professional level of quality, care and attention from all the excellent staff. Special thanks to the staff at breakfast for being attentive and helping with little things (like bringing hot milk and ice for the drinks) before even being asked. That shows a keen eye towards customer care. I would stay here again due to all the reasons stated. Great hotel and excellent beach. Nearly forgot, the mini bar is complimentary too. Mainly soft drinks but hey, not bad. The WI-FI I was getting circa 500 mbps. Thanks."

Lovely Hotel.

"We loved this hotel. Fabulous location, right on Ngapali Beach. Very quiet end of the beach, beautiful views. Great, friendly, helpful staff. Great spacious rooms. Great housekeepers who kept the rooms immaculate. Breakfast, plenty of choice every day.Wonderful pool area with comfortable sunbeds. Only slight criticism, they play this annoying music every day by the pool, same soundtrack plays all the time from about 10.00am. It's supposed to be relaxing, but its too loud and very irritating !!. We kept asking for it to be turned down, so at least it was then only slightly in the background. Why would you want to listen to that when you've got the sea right in front of you. If you want music, put your headphones on !!. That's our only little moan, everything else was perfect !!!. Would highly recommend, will definitely be back, maybe next year ."
