Hilton Ngapali Resort and Spa

The view from the room and lobby perfectly frame the ocean. The sunset bar has become a favourite with wonderful local drinks and excellent service all round. There are plenty of really amazing things to do that are rich with a genuinely ‘local experience’ .The snorkeling and elephant trip is a must. The personal trainer is fantastic and engaged in us with activities on site and excursions out and about. Really a gem and added so much to our stay there. Thank you Ngapali Hilton! (We did not want to leave)

Wonderful resort. Manager Yee and restaurant manager Myo are attentive to your requirements and staff provided a service with a smile! Sumptuous breakfast. Staff hand out iced tea during the day to keep cool.

After a hectic life of city, if you want relax in peace Hilton Ngapali is the best, Shore bar terrace sun set with best and cheap cocktail, Bar men Simth very attentive to the guest, Flow restaurant manager Myo Myo and her team are top in there job. Property very beautiful with private pool main pool very big and nice. Food is the best cocktail of Asian and European liked it. Advice to all traveller if planning for Myanmar should spend some days in Hilton Ngapali, very near to airport nice local restaurant near by. Hotel provide shuttle ride 3 time a day to main beach absolutely free, if you are rider hotel have bicycle you can use after signing a form. I will visit with family very soon. i want to say that this hotel managment and staff made me feel very welcome and couldnt do enough for us there english was great so communication was easy they arranged excursions were you were picked up directly outside the rooms are spectacular i would defantly reccommend a vist and you will find your stay like you where living in paradice.

This hotel delivers. The rooms are very good and the facilities are just what you would expect. The location is close to the airport which means you are 8 KM away from the main tourist bars and restaurants, but there are local restaurants and shops close by at very reasonable prices. In my opinion it is worth renting one of the electric scooters from right opposite the hotel for about $10 per day (in Feb 2020) as this gives you the freedom to check out the area at your leisure. My only criticism would be that the beach in front of the hotel has rocks, so you cannot swim in the sea there.

I was there for my anniversary and they make me feel like on Honeymoon again and again... what a arrangement!!!! Beautiful!!! And my favourite place is call Shore bar that is the place chill and drinks including with sunset Amazing!!! My room has a private pool so please let me be a fish and all the staff are so friendly and kind. Also variety of breakfast make me fall in love. Definitely that’s the place I will go again... Friendly staff, Amazing pool, Sunset with cocktails and perfect accommodation!!!! What else.

We had three wonderful days in this hotel. Everything was great: the place is beautiful, the team very friendly and highly professional... We were upgraded and had a villa with a private pool, and it was really so relaxing to sit on that terrace enjoying the ocean view. It was our first time in the Hilton as we used to stay at another resort whenever we went to Ngapali. But now it‘s clear that this is definitely our favourite place. Thank you, dear Hilton team.

The journey to Hilton Ngapali from Thandwe only takes a few minutes drive - you can see the resort to the right if your flight approaches from the Bay of Bengal. Fortunately the aeroplanes than frequent the airport are too small to cause noise at the resort. Our villa had a stunning view of our pool, sun deck, sala and of course the beautiful Bay of Bengal. Our private pool was unfortunately too cold to enjoy, Even to cool off after the heat of the sun, we couldn’t be tempted. Although we had a beach view, we always had to walk back to the main pool to gain access to the beach so as not to walk too closely to our neighbours’ villas. A cocktail 2-hour was held nightly in the bar. Cocktails were discounted or complimentary if you were HH members. Crisps and nuts accompanied drinks, followed by hot d’oeuvres - all very nice indeed. My only suggestion would be to change the music in the bar. Something more chilled and ambient, rather than a pop and electro dance soundtrack. Breakfast was plentiful with enough choice for 7 days of feasting. The dinner menu always included various 'catch of the day' options. We only ate dinner twice at the Resort and both times the food was delicious An excellent stay and what was a great price - we'll definately be returning soon.

Beautiful facility. Excellently trained staff. Very efficient and attentive at the same time. Stayed in the pool suite; pretty spectacular Ngapoli Beach is a great spot. Hotel 5 minutes from the airport immigration and check-in fast so ~20 mins from plane to water!
