Vinpearl Resort & Spa Ha Long

My family stayed here in November. We are pleased with service provided by staffs. The room basic but extremely clean, beautifully decorated and had a huge comfortable bed. Breakfast was great. Lunch and dinner were just fine. I love its location. This resort is located in a private island. We need to have a ferry to get there. Would happily come back here again.

The room was amazing with everything i could possibly need. Flip flops were provided and the bath tub had bath salts and a loofah as well. The bed was spacious and the pillows and blanket incredibly comfortable. The buffet dinner and breakfast had a huge variety and was delicious as well! It's a pity i could only stay for 1 night. Would definitely return in the summer to enjoy the pool and private beach!

I have a nice business trip. A great view over the bay from my room. All of facilities are convenient. I am pleased with service, staff, food and drinks, restaurant, spa, meeting room... I will come back here soon.

We had our family reunion in the hotel on Boxing Day. The service is par excellence. Hotel manager Chien and his team especially Vu Nhuan deserves a big mention and our heartfelt gratitude. They bent backwards to accommodate our requests. His team showed me to rooms that were more quiet than my suite at 4 am because I complained of the air conditioning noise. They brought us dessert that was not in the menu because we wanted something Vietnamese. Thank you and thank you again for making our family feel like VIP!

We had an amazing stay at Vinpearl. Everything was very well organized and staffs are super friendly. When we arrived, we were greeted by the butler and luggage was taken care of immediately. Upon check-in, we had several requests and the staff acted very quickly and was being very patient with us. I can’t speak more highly of Manager Chien’s hospitality. He added a personal touch to our experience in the resort, making sure that we were having a wonderful time and was super attentive. Chien and his team, as well as the Restaurant Manager, did a wonderful job by creating a memorable holiday for us. Thank you Chien and your fabulous team!  

The hotel is well located and peaceful serene and very scenic. A beautiful property with ample things to do to keep you busy through the day. Its well priced and all the staff are very helpful. We had a fantastic experience

The location of the resort is exquisite. The service was amazing, kids had a good time in the pool while we indulged in the hair and beauty services. It was a great holiday with friends and family..

Everything was perfect, the hotel, the room, the surroundings, the spa, the kindness of the staff, the food, everything is 5 star. This is the place to be for relaxation and for a romantic time together as a couple.

Wonderful resort and staff! Incredibly accommodating. Thuy Quang was very kind and helped arrange sites to visit in the surrounding areas and with our plans! All the staff was kind, warm and welcoming and made our stay wonderful! Thank you Vinpearl staff. The resort is beautiful and has some of the best food in Vietnam with a large variety at the breakfast included buffet.

This hotel went so above and beyond anything we expected. From the moment of arrival at the hospitality greeting center to our experience with staff at the hotel, we were awed and humbled by the professionalism and generosity of staff, especially with Nguyen, a manager there. Specifically, I was sick with a sinus infection and had been for days when I ran out of meds. They had a clinic onsite, took my temp (to be sure I didn't have coronavirus? although they didn't seem worried), and spoke to an offsite doctor who prescribed meds that agreed with my doctor at home. Not a ½ hour later, while at dinner, they showed up at my table, with the meds (having had to take a boat across to the mainland, and find a drugstore), and on top of that they never charged us for any of it. We were blown away. The room was lovely, very comfortable bed and pillows. The location on the water, away from the world but just a short boat ride away from the mainland was spectacular.
