The hotel staffs are very friendly. The roman room is very clean and nice decorated. The hotel is located in center of Ha Long in which close to crowded street, local clubs and restaurants. I'm definitely coming here again.

Well what a surprise. A lovely beautiful and clean hotel with friendly helpful staff.The room was spacious with a very nice bathroom. Breakfast was included that catered for both Asian and Western patrons. Very nice! One thing that stood out was that they really took good care of their clients. Thank you guys!

A great spot to stay in Ha Long. Staff were refreshingly friendly and the facilities and standard of hotel is very high. The staff went above and beyond when we left items in our hotel room to get them couriered to Hanoi for us. Would highly reccomend.
