Muong Thanh Luxury Quang Ninh Hotel

We stayed here for the 4 nights and we really enjoyed it. The check-in was very smooth and fast, which was great after a long journey we had. We got a beautiful room on the 27th floor with amazing view. The bed was amazing and very comfortable, which made our sleep great experience. We also got some fruits which helped us to have a small snack and relax after a journey. The breakfast has the great variety of food, they mostly serve local or Asian food but we loved it. We also had one dinner and have to say, its experience was amazing. They actually had a chef which did "veggie carving" and made us amazing "animal statues" from the carrot, pumpkin and much more, it looks absolutely stuning! We totally recommend to have Caesar Salad, coz it was so delicious! The staff was amazing and very kind. If we needed some help, they immediately helped us. The even helped us with motorbike rental. Overall experience was great, we really pleasure time to in this hotel and we would definitely come again.

I've just been to Ha Long with my girlfriend. We booked a night in Deluxe King Room. The staff was so nice that she offered me an early check-in at around 1 P.M. The Deluxe King Room is spacious, it still keeps warm and cozy atmosphere. The bathroom is so big, with built-in shower and bathtub. The breakfast has various choices for both Asia and Western foods. I asked the receptionist to request towels and bath suits twice, but I didn't get anything until the third time calling them. I could understand the situation because we stayed in the hotel on a very busy day. Therefore, in my opinion, there is nothing to complain about the hotel. I would like to recommend the hotel for a short stay.

The accommodation and food were excellent. Some days we had three meals and they were always delicious with plenty of variety. The conference facilities were outstanding for the 4 days. The staff were helpful and were often asking for feedback on the hotel’s facilities. Unfortunately the shower head was located in the ceiling which caused a light to ‘blow’. This was quite dangerous. The music at the conference banquet was too loud and conversation was difficult.

This is the fantastic hotel in the heart of town with lots of attractions near by and staff is great, Good Location, view and secure place. I just stay in this hotel and I can not thank enough for the wonderful staff including the GM, Deputy GM and Ms. Gracie (Trieu Linh Thao) for their wonderful hospitality. The Chef in the Hotel Restaurant on 2nd floor was a great cook. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Thanks to each and every one....WOW

I have a trip with my fammily.take along trip from ha noi to sapa and ha long..my room have very nice room.room very comfortable.the staf very beatiful.breafast very good.thanks a lot. Bed very good for sleep.

The hotel located in centre of quang ninh. Sun world park is opposited, just cross the street. The food is very delicious with the various choices. In my opinion, there is nothing to complain here. I would like to recommend the hotel for a short stay.

Bets palace in Vietnam and best hotel in Vietnam i was going with our company and we suggest this wonderful trip and incredible we are not forget this trip in all the way.we are also went in other countries and same hotels.

Really impressed by the changes in HaLong. We still picked Muonng Thanh Luxury HaLong for our stay. Thank to Ms Tran Thi Thuy from sale Dept. we had a great time kayaking and enjoyed activities in Van Chai village.

The hotel is rather nice with expansive rooms and humongous bathrooms and spa baths, well the suites we had are. Whilst the rooms are nicely appointed the carpet is from a 70’s casino... The hotel is in an excellent location right opposite the Sun World park with its ultra impressive cable car et al. The breakfast buffet is, as buffets go, same same. The food is plentiful and there are eggs to order, but the food kept in bay maries is cold, but nice enough. One thing I don’t get, and never do, is why they serve frozen, rock solid frozen butter....??? We used the pool, which is nice enough, however it is extremely dangerously slippery around the perimeter when wet. Ergo it is always wet so always slippery and always extremely dangerous.....be wary. Now here we go, we had a ‘massage and spa’ treatment, in the hotel, and it was, without a shadow of a doubt, the very worst ‘massage’ we have ever, ever had. I was getting burnt alive in a steam room for almost 15 minutes then told to scrub clean in a cold shower, not too bad, I don’t mind that, but when it came to the ‘massage’ component, wellllll. The lady proceeded to give me Chinese burns up and down my arms ad try and pull the hair out of my legs, with her hands alone. Worse still, I have a large and painful bruise on my thigh, an easily visible one, and she kept smashing her hammer like fists into it, even after repeatedly telling her no..... It is abundantly obvious these girls have had absolutely no formal masseuse training, at all, not way at all, furthermore, not sure if this ‘massage’ was designed for people who are looking for a different ‘ending’, the girls working there closely resemble and remind me of a special Seinfeld episode, number 23 titled The Pilot Part 1, but regardless, worst ever massage and certainly do not recommend....!!! But we do recommend the Muong Thanh.

I’m an Aussie, this hotel is gorgeous !! Extremely clean, friendly, beautiful fresh food, luxury, staff are so nice. Service is amazing. Can’t express enough how amazing this hotel is ! Experience English speaking staff as compared to other hotel staff! I will be back.
