Saigon - Halong Hotel

We have been there for 2 nights and everything is need and clean. Staff was very polite and gentle. We stay in villa-4 it was very good feel like home.comfy bed,good A/C nice bathroom and of coarse the last and the least how can we forget the receptionist spectacle girl who help us in every possible way Huyen/Luccy. She was the only one who made our tour a complete package without her it was incomplete. I thank her from my core of heart and thank you Saigon Halong Hotel for giving us such a good and caring Receptionist-By Dipak Basumatary.

Stayed here for 3 nights and it was very comfortable and pleasant. The staff at the front desk (Lucy, in particular but all of them) were really great and helpful. Breakfast is great with massive selection and beautiful view. We stayed in the villa and it was comfortable and clean. Will definitely recommend!

I’m glad I found this place! We got a villa and our stay exceeded our expectations. What made it a great experience was how helpful and patience the staff was! She gracefully answered all the questions we had, and we had so many questions about what tour to book, recommendations on restraunts, places to see, etc.! This place is close to the street where there are lines of bars and restraunts. Walking distance to the sun world water park/amusement park. The pool was nice and clean. There’s a rooftop bar/restraunt with amazing views of halong bay. Catch the sunset from up top if you have a chance! The breakfast was by far the best we had while in Vietnam. The spread was versatile with both Vietnamese and western food. Would highly recommend checking this place out while visiting halong bay/bai chay area.

I stayed with my family there and hospitality has been incredible. Special thanks to Ms. Lucy who helped to plan our cruise tour, taxi to the airport and advising other information. We found everything perfect and she is great asset to the hotel. Really appreciate Lucy and Saigon hotel!

I spend two nights at Saigon Halong Hotel, I made a reservation online, they offered me a room (part of their villas), the room is very good, clean, good service, which was very good is the restaurant on the top, tasty food in particular Seafood, the location of the Hotel is excellent, few minutes and you are in the street where many restaurants, Massage centers, coffee shops and souvenir shops.

I had the pleasure to stay at one of the villas along with 3 friends on their property. At first when we pulled up and got dropped off to what we thought was the lobby but it was under construction and thought we were out of luck. The lobby was just to the right of what seems to be hotel renovation. Once we were at the lobby the staff was super helpful and professional. Quickly I was assured that the hotel was going to be pleasant experience. The Villa's was a great size and came with everything you can possibly think of. Their Breakfast buffet was much better quality than I anticipated. The staff even help us get a taxi back to Hanoi cheaper than my original transportation from Hanoi. We ran into issues on our departure time but the staff was super helpful accommodating and even sent us an email to follow up. Thank you Lucy.

The hotel is right at heart of Halong city, on a hill and surrounded by pine garden. You can catch the stunning view through Halong bay from the rooftop restaurant which named Panorama. Especially, staff is excellent, friendly and helpful.

Helpful and friendly staff. Tranquil area because its location is on a hill, but in walking distance to night market and Sun World theme park. I did unwind by looking throught Halong bay from Panorama (rooftop restaurent)

Room has a great view. Everything is perfect. Hotel located on the hill, in working distance to Sun world and beach about 05 minutes walk. If you want to enjoy seafood, a lot of restaurants near by.😘😘😘😘😘

The view from hotel room is unbelievable. Looks out over the bay and town. Staff are very kind and helpful. The whole place was very quite due to time of year but also the virus bit the staff here keep everything very clean and hygienic so I felt very comfortable. Will stay here again.
