Sea Star Hotel

It is a quiet areas for relaxing and having a rest before taking another trip. It is also very close to Ha Long Market Plaza and the lake. Although buffet breakfast is ordinary but the hotel is excellent. The room is spacious and clean with excellent amenities and furnitures. The beds are very good and comfortable. Disliked · The hotel is excellent. I don't have any criticism about it.

When we arrived in this hotel, we were surprised by its deco and how big the room was. It was already late when we check in so we don't have enough time to enjoy the hotel facilities. Walking distance to restaurants and Night Market. The staff is very helpful. Breakfast is ok. Will come again if I visit Halong Bay in future.

Really nice hotel. Large room with all modern facilities. Air con and fan provided which was really effective. Free buffet breakfast. Bar was disappointing. Can’t sit down in a bar environment. More like a drinks rack at the back of the restaurant. Didn’t see the restaurant open other than for serving breakfast. Good location and main road in Halong is only 5 mins walk to get to shops. Staff pleasant and helpful. Hotel was really reasonably priced for the good standard of accommodation you get and I would stay there again. Halong itself is going through major development. The Bay is only 5-10 mins away by taxi. Only downside is there is a lack of bars. Mainly hotels and restaurants and coffee shops. Lots of building work going on everywhere.

Accommodating staff, clean and spacious room, unlimited breakfast, has wifi, and it is also affordable. Aside from these, there's also a boutique at the lobby where you can buy cheap souvenirs such as tote bags, purses, hats, bracelets, magnets, etc.
