Vinpearl Hotel Hue

This hotel was a step above the rest. The service was great and the staff was very attentive and hospitable. The location is amazing and allows for those staying at the hotel to take a ten minute walk right to the imperial city and a five minute walk to boat rides on the perfume river.

During our trip to Vietnam from the states, we stayed at Vinpearl in Hue and were amazed by how kind and accommodating the staff were and how beautiful the hotel was. Earlier in our trip my boyfriend and I had a minor motorcycle accident where we scraped our legs and arms. Upon arrival to the hotel, the concierge woman Huyen helped us get situated and had so much concern with our well being. We were helped by the wonderful nurse named Van who came to our room numerous times to check up on us and clean our cuts. These women were so kind and helpful along with the rest of the hotel staff. The hotel was very clean, beautifully designed and the breakfast was delicious. The views from the room were great and overlooked the entire city. Our stay here was the best service we have received and we are so thankful to the wonderful staff at Vinpearl.

A stunning and beautiful modern hotel, smooth check in with drinks and then a corner room on the 19th floor with a breathtaking view over the city. What a way to start our trip to Hue. The GM personally welcomed me and always made a point of asking if everything was ok if he met us. We loved our room and bathroom and although it is a fairly large hotel, breakfast was always managed well and there was a very generous buffet catering to all tastes. The pool area is beautiful, even if it is indoors and we also had a spa treatment that was wonderful. Top marks for the personnel on the rooftop bar. The drinks are wonderful, we had an amazing salty coffee up there too and they were welcoming and very friendly. The hotel is located a short walk from downtown and the river. We would definitely return.

When we checked in the desk person asked us if we would like a free upgrade, and we said yes. Our room was (I think 2301) a very large room with views from two sides (corner room). The bed was immense, looked like 2 queens put together. Breakfast choices were great. Tip: about a block away is Cozy restaurant, go there for a good cheap meal.

Wonderful hotel with excellent equipment. Everything was clean and good condition. The room was so comfortable and good smell. Lovely. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was delicious! Well done.

beautifull hotel, the rooms are fantastic with panoramic view on hué, fantastic roof top bar and restaurant. breakfast is wonderfull. staff very nice and helfpfull. inside big swimming pool. receptionists very helpfull.

Stayed for 2 nights Feb 2020. This hotel is total luxury in the heart of Hue. We booked an executive suite - if you can splurge out for it - and it was huge! Big lounge area with sofas chairs and a desk, then a big bathroom with bath and separate shower on the 21st floor. Breakfast on 7 was excellent with a great choice of international and eastern dishes. We also ate on 33 which was nice and very reasonable, however the menu was more western food - which was perfect for us after 4 weeks in Asia. Staff are great and go out of their way to make sure you're needs are met, and although their English isn't as perfect as some Asian cities, it's better than my Vietnamese and they try so hard. 15 - 20 min walk to Imperial City. Loved it!

We had a 2 days stay in the Vinpearl.The views of the rooms were fantastic. The staff very professional.The restaurant serving excellent food (but not cheap) . The management available and really nice.We had a chat with the GM and his assistant and we can tell they were happy and proud to work for Vinpearl. Thumbs up guys and carry on the good work, your are a credit to Vietnam hospitality.

We stayed in Hue for 3 days. Delighted to find this wonderful hotel.Every aspect is special.A beautiful room tastefully decorated, super comfortable bed. The bar on the 34th floor with spectacular views over the city.The restaurant is excellent. Wonderful views beautifully presented food courteous and friendly service. Breakfast in another lovely room with a wonderful range of food and helpful staff. The management have created a wonderful haven at a very competitive price.This is where we will stay on our return why look elsewhere.

Its a big suprise since i told them i am in my honeymoon trip, they did little thing like picture, cake, flowers etc that melts anyone heArt! The hotel is clean, stylist, and they go extra careful in the Covid 19 with temperature checking and hand sanitizer I have never felt been taking care and safe like i have been with Vinpearl Hue.
