Mondial Hotel

Really lovely hotel, very clean and comfortable rooms. The staff was extremely helpful and we really had a lovely time. Hotel close to many coffee shops, a real treat. Highly recommended. Thank you!

Great views from the hotel. The breakfastroom was at the top of the building. We had a probleem with the door to the balcony which Could not be solved. The management offered us an upgrade to vip suite. Thank you!

The people here are very friendly. Our room is large and comfortable. There are at least two receptionists speaking good Chinese. Btw the ginger water is tasty, you should ask them for it!

The Mondial Hotel in Hu is absolutely amazing, cann did more to make our Christmas holiday even better! ! Phuong Thao, the guest relations, was great at arranging the free transfer to the train station. I would recommend the Mondial hotel to anyone. Thank you.

I enjoyed my stay at the Mondial hotel. It is true it is a little far from the "walking street" area but it is very easy to get an inexpensive taxi. I had seen reviews mentioning that the decor and general furnishing of the hotel is a bit dated. That may be so in places but, staff told me, the hotel will undergo a major refurbishment next year which will bring modern changes. My room, on the right corner and 5th floor of the building, was huge and very comfortable with all the usual facilities; the bathroom equally so. The breakfast buffet was aimed more at Asian guests but there was a good selection of fruits, cereals, bread and rolls etc as well as an egg station. The reception staff were very efficient and helpful. The only negatives were the lack of any drawers in which to store clothes and there was only one electrical socket so you could not, for example, charge your phone and plug in a laptop. Apart from that, my stay was very nice indeed.

We stayed there for one night only and we loved it. The staff were very nice and friendly. Hien front office team was super helpful. We had to check out early and our overnight train was not until.late. not only they kept our luggages but also allowed us to use the shower room to clean ourselves after a sweaty day. The bedroom was nice, the little plate of fresh fruit was appreciated. Thank you to all the staff. Leo & Oscar.

very nice hotel, the staff is very nice and helpful, they have a nice bar / lounge in the lobby with beautiful pool table. the room are nice and large, we got one with a nice terrace. they have a small fitness room with treadmill, bike, some weight. convenient located to restaurants, and the river. You will need to take a grab to go to the citadel.

This hotel is very clean and nice. The lobby has a pooltable and big waiting area. The breakfast wae as amazing with a sunrise view over the imperal city. One of the best smiles and customer service in Vietnam.

We stayed for three days, the staff is amazingly helpful, kind and smiling! The room was super clean, big room and big bathroom. Breakfast was good with good variations from day to day. Would really recommend this hotel.

I've travel most of Asia and through my travels I have experienced hundreds of hotels, for over 15 years I have only one place that makes you feel at home with hospitality and performance, this hotel even though it is not as large as the so called top of the line hotels, it has personality and charm, the staff “Ma Hein” Ms Houng and Ms Tu are the true face of this hotel, when you arrive and there greetings make you feel like if your part of the family. Thank you Mondial Hotel and staff for always making my travels easier and enjoyabe.
