Ana Mandara

We have just returned home, after spending 23 nights in Ana Mandara Hue, (our second home) This was our 17 visit to the resort, and our 6 visit for Tet lunar new year This year at Tet, the weather was not as good as last year, and the activities were a little limited, but very enjoyable Every time we visit Ana Mandara, there are noticeable improvements throughout the resort, the gardens get better every year We find it very difficult to find anything negative about this resort, because the biggest asset the resort has, is the staff If you have any problems, they will go out of their way to help you On this visit my wife had a health problem, and I took her to the hospital for treatment, one staff member Nhien Phuong gave up her free time to come to the hospital to translate for us, we were very grateful Thank you Nhien Phuong And thank you, every member of Ana staff for looking after us so well, and once again making our holiday so enjoyable, and unforgettable See you again in July Best wishes and kind regards Robert & June.

Ana Mandara did a beautiful job hosting a pre-wedding dinner for us. We regret not having the entire reception there. The service was excellent and we could not have been happier. Our guests had an amazing time. Anh Hung and his staff went above and beyond to make our stay and events memorable and stress free. This place truly exceeded our expectations. I can't wait to be back! I'm already having vacation withdrawals thinking about this place. Anh Hung & Staff, is you're reading this thank you sooooo much !

My husband and I decided to get married back at parent's hometown in Hue. We were lucky enough to stumble upon Ana Mandara as our choice for our expanded stay and welcome dinner. Anh Hung and his staff went above and beyond to make our day special. The rooms were wonderfully decorated and exceptionally clean. If you get a chance book the pool villa, you won't regret It. The staff were always so helpful and friendly. We absolutely love and highly recommend this resort for anyone traveling to hue.

Besides really nice and spacious rooms, the main advantage here is the stuff. They are so helpfull and nice that you really feel welcome and just like home. They try to please every wish we had. The food is good. The pool is big and very clean. The location is about 20 minutes out of the Hue city but they have free shuttles a few times per day from the hotel and back. Totally reccomended.

A beautiful resort, and the beach villa was wonderful! We had a great holiday here. A suggestion - the menu at the restaurant is pretty limited and could be expanded a bit, keeping in mind that this isn't a resort where you can go find places to eat close by. Also, there could be additional staff hired - there were delays in service for some of our meals. But definitely a place to visit!

Our stay at the Ana Mandara was excellent. We pushed the boat out and booked a pool villa which was fantastic. The staff were a delight - friendly, smiley and helpful and nothing was too much. We ate many times in the hotel partly because there were very few nice places to eat withing walking distance but also because the food at the hotel was very good and very good value. Happy hour at the beach bar is a must! Hue was an intersting town to visit and the planning shuttle bus made that very easy.

We had been booked to stay at the Saigon Morin, but on arrival found it not to be what was promised in the information we had. A quick look on the internet and we found the Ana Mandara. This was the best thing that had happened to us, on a holiday which has ended up completely destroyed by Covid 19. The staff at the resort are lovely and very helpful. We had booked a garden unit but on arrival were upgraded to a beachfront unit. These are absolutely amazing, clean , very comfortable. The facilities at the resort are great. Happy hour was a must, the food selection could do with some work as there are not very many local restaurants, and service at times can be quite slow. All and all, a fantastic stay. Improvements could be, someone at reception with a good grasp of English, as communication can be difficult, and a better menu. But I still rate this resort excellent. I hope everyone there is able to endure the current hardships, are thoughts are with you!
