Indochine Palace

Located in the heart of Hue this hotel is simply incredible. 5 star rated and everything they do is first class. The rooms are plush, the beds are amazing, the hotel is exquisite and the restaurant is first class. We stated in Hue for 3 days and two nights and walked every square inch of the city. Yes the dogs were barking (sore feet) but it was worth it because you got to come back to an incredible hotel and just sit and soak up the ambiance. The staff are gracious and kind and so incredibly accommodating. The check in process is painless and easy. Hue is the ancient capital of Vietnam and there is a lot to see. You need a base to work from and there is no better place to come back to after a long day of sightseeing. Absolute class !!!!

My personal trip before the business trip in Danang, we stay in this excellent hotel and met this very friendly and helpful staff Tam (Christine). She always have a very cheerful and beautiful smile, we felt very welcome to this city. Very thanks for the welcome and help Christine.

This is a great hotel, with fantastic facilities, great staff and a lovely location. Find it a bit ridiculous that I have to put 200 characters into this field since. I think I have explained why we liked it.

We enjoyed our stay at Indochine Palace. The front desk was very helpful, our room was comfortable, and we especially loved the live music played in the lobby in the evenings. The breakfast buffet was delicious. Would definitely recommend staying here! We booked two tours through the hotel that were not as impressive. I would recommend enjoying the hotel and booking your tours diverse.

A short trip for two nights but we were pleased with our stay. Our journey plans for other places were canceled because of the impact of disease. A huge thank you to Linh (Lisa) who enthusiastically helped us with the disturbed schedule. The hotel is really awesome. Hopefully we will be back for a safe trip on the next time.

Just spent a few days here during the night of the Corinavirus outbreak. My wife and I were only two of a handful of guests staying here as many had canceled or gone home. It would therefore have been really easy for the hotel to drop standards and cutback on services, but this wasn't the case. This is the best hotel we have stayed in during our 15 days so far in Vietnam and the staff and standards upheld were second to none. The hotel public areas are immaculate and rooms are superb. The staff were extremely courteous and helpful and couldn't have done enough to make our stay here as "normal" as possible. Top marks all round and would thoroughly recommend staying here if you visit Hue on your travels. Thank you all so much for being there for us whenever required.

Celebrated our wedding here and we stayed in Palace Studio King for 8 nights. Stunning accommodation with all the luxury trimmings. Breakfast is divine, outstanding services and lovely staff. Highly recommend this place for any special event in Hue. Definitely we will be back.

This hotel has old world charm. The service is impeccable and kind and caring he hotel has lively old world charm even has concerts and a beautiful luxurious pool. I loved my stay there. A real joy to stay at Indochine.
