Cherish Hue Hotel

Everything about this hotel was excllent: the room, the view from the balcony, the staff were very attentive and pleasant, the massage facility, breakfast and so on, everything top quality. Also grat location for town. If we return to Hue, we will return to this hotel.

Cherish Hotel is well maintained and very comfortable.Great breakfast with lots of choices. Omelette went down very well. The staff were very welcoming and Lynn could not have been more helpful. She arranged train tickets to Hanoi at short notice and provided a great introduction to Hue.

Memorable stay in Vietnam. We were pampered by the extremely nice staff. Jack is the man !! Made us feel very special and welcome at the restaurant at all times be it dinner or breakfast. We even celebrated his birthday with him. Extremely nice staff. Walking distance to the school. Extremel pleasant stay! Only glitch was a lift which got broken down ever so often.

Nice, clean rooms with great breakfast set up - lots of options. Walking distance to the night walking area which was lovely and fun with live music and lots of great restaurants and great people watching. Stayed here to use the pool with the kids but did not get to do this.

Of course the room was comfortable and I slept like a baby, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of options ... that's what I expect. But in addition, the. staff here went above and beyond to make each guest feel welcome, special, and safe. Being in a foreign country during the coronavirus situation, the staff provided the highest degree of safety. ALL staff were masks, hand sanitizer was available at all times, everything was spotless sadly clean, temperature was taken on arrival ... and then they asked what more they could do. Leah was particularly interested in our input.

This is a great hotel on a perfect location. The breakfast is very good. In addition, the staff of the reception is very friendly and are willing to help you with everything. Definitely will come back here if I return to hue!

This is a great hotel at a perfect location. The breakfast is very good. There are many shops and restaurants around it. They have extremely friendly staff like Miss LEAH, who was very helpful and will always greet you with a happy smile the entire day.

I had an extra comfortable room with excellent service. The breakfast buffet had a fantastic choice of both American and Vietnamese foods. This hotel is also in a great location, close to nearby shopping.

Medium sized hotel, friendly staffs. The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. The local breakfast is very varied and tasty. The hotel has a good location, convenient to travel. The area near the hotel has many local restaurants and convenience stores.

Even though our plans for our first trip to Hue and Vietnam were dramatically altered because of the onset of Covid-19, the Cherish hotel was a perfect place to stay at this time. Located within walking distance of many places to eat (some already closed) or drink coffee (bars also closed), it felt safe being here. The staff did everything to make our stay enjoyable. In particular, "A" at the front desk went above and beyond what I could expect from another staffer and did everything with a smile (that radiated through the required mask). He helped us to arrange a tour with private guide and driver that was a perfect day of seeing sights on the outskirts of town such as the tombs of 3 different kings. And when the restaurant we chose was still closed, he recommended a great place for traditional food emphasizing Hue cuisine that was both tasty and very reasonably priced. And finally as we had booked the overnight train to Hanoi, he arranged for us to have a convenient place to shower and change into clean clothes after an afternoon touring the Citadel and Forbidden City. When I come back to see Vietnam after the health crisis is over, I will definitely come back to this lovely hotel. Thanks again "A"
