Great Hotel - highly recommend

The staff at this hotel was spectacularly friendly and welcoming, especially the hotel manager who took extra time to ensure that your stay was okay. The rooms look newly furnished. We had a deluxe double and the children had a deluxe twin. Both rooms were large and clean, with great showers which is always a plus. The breakfast buffet was lovely, just missed not having bacon or western coffee - minor personal wishes. We spent our last day on a day trip and they kindly kept our luggage safe and then arranged a taxi for us to return to the airport. Highly recommend this hotel - great location.

Good value, perfect location, friendly stuff- everythink was good! There was great spa area with japanese jacuzi. Breakfast include a lot of asian food, there could be more european choces- but its understandable, it is Asia :)

Most landmarks (except the Tombs which are outside the city) were walkable distance, lots of restaurants around, room was very spacious and clean! Staff were helpful.We will come back to stay in this hotel whenever coming to Hue.

Delightful stay!

I had actually booked another hotel in the area, but due to coronavirus protocol at the current time (all area hotels are closed for disinfection for several days), my reservation was changed to the Alba Hotel. Everything was just perfect. My room was lovely and quiet. The breakfast buffet was superb and different each day. The hotel staff welcomed my home like family each time I returned from some excursion. They were also very helpful arranging my flight to Hanoi, finding me a much better deal than what was available online. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks for everything!
