We went to Pullman in the beginning of the month, with no cash with us after travelling to other asian countries, so we urgently need to use credit cards to get cash, since we have tried multiple ATMs and Banks, we realise it’s no easy task.

The receptionist Thony was so thoughtful he called the banks and checked the closing time in town WITHOUT us asking, and call to our room with a plan already, such as which bank to go and at what time! He also introduced us about the hotel and the ducklings that live there, he is a genuine person who really make efforts to make our stay comfortable.

The food were amazing too! The restaurant staffs are very thoughtful in general and always smiling.

The resort is new and massive, and very clean! Comparing to most properties in Lunag Pranbang they are not too pricey but with superb service. We have stayed in another five star hotel in Luang Prabang, but the environment and the services are no match to Pullman.

We loved the hotel so much that we went back to it after travelling Laos for a month. Believe me after a month in Laos, we can assure you Pullman is really a top hotel with that perfect service!!

Wing Ki was amazing too, she chatted with us and made sure we had a great stay. She also helped us a lot when we encountered issues in leaving the country due to the virus situation.
We were suppose to leave the country today but due to the current virus situation our flight was cancelled, and the staff were so helpful in calling the embassy and clinic for test proves, we were touched. They feel like family and great friends.
