Burasari Heritage

First time to Luang Prabang. Found the Burasari Heritage as a calm and welcoming hotel with excellent riverside restaurant. Front office and restaurant service great, as was quality of the food. Nicely appointed room with river view balcony. Room and facilities very clean. Staff knowledgeable and accommodating in facilitating reservations. Star, Zack Sook Noy and Zee greeting us each morning with coffee, fruit and breakfast options. Miss Ruby overseeing the details. Lan making sure all the details and comforts of home were executed to our complete satisfaction

I had an impressive 3 days vacation in Luang Prabang. Staying at Burasari Heritage hotel, located on the bank of Khan River, very convenient and closed to Wat XiangThong and other attractions. The hotel staff were very nice with excellent service mind. The room ambience was functional and tastefully decorated. There was also cooking class and they really took me to local market to see what offered and to buy some ingredients. A lot of offers for guests, activities such as bicycle, free minibar. Terrace, the hotel's restaurant offers very delicious food selections, especially Lao-Food. Burasari Luxury Spa was one of the best things to enjoy when relaxing in LuangPrabang.

Where do I start? On arrival to the Burasari Heritage, my partner and I were treated like the royal family. They sat us down and explained everything about the hotel to us, told us everything about this great little village of Luang Prabang and then they finally showed us our amazing room. Our room was absolutely stunning, just like the rest of the hotel! The hotel is in such a great location, only a few minutes walk to the main CBD. Breakfast on the river is also just absolutely breath taking, the kitchen staff and wait staff do anything out of their control to make you feel extremely comfortable and relaxed. The food and drinks are so good! The staff really make you welcomed and apart of the Burasari family. This place is a must stay and I will be recommending it to anyone that is planning on coming to Laos. Thank you for making us feel so welcomed and relaxed and we will see you again in the new year

We loved everything about the Burasari Heritage. The room was spotless and nicely decorated, the food was excellent and the location is ideal. Only regret is that 2 days were not enough, if you stay there plan at least 3 to 4 days. Special thanks to the french manager

We booked through hotel email with Mr. Bounmee. He is super nice and very supportive. The hotel also provides nice breakfast by the river so cool. We had Mr.Star at the breakfast place to service us super well. The food was nice the ambience was great and the service was extraordinary. Recommend place to stay in luangprabang

The Burasari Heritage Hotel is a lovely hotel on the Nam Khan River in Luang Prabang, Laos. With calm, well designed, immaculately clean rooms, it is a delight to return to after a full day of site-seeing and wandering in the area. The staff is professional, cordial, with plenty of useful information for exploring Luang Prabang. An excellent breakfast with a daily local special is served outside overlooking the river

We visited Luang Prabang and stayed for two nights at the Burasari Heritage hotel. It is a beautiful hotel, the rooms were very comfortable, clean and quiet and we had a delightful time. The service was superb and all the staff are friendly, very helpful and competent. Our friend Lan was particularly gracious, engaging and informative. Breakfasts are included and were delicious- the eggs Benedict were outstanding! Dining on the Terrace was very pleasant and comfortable and the industrious staff transformed the floor from dirt to artificial turf in an afternoon- amazing!! Chef John is a superb chef and every dish that he, Chef Noy and their team prepared for us was excellent. I highly recommend Chef John’s cooking class. He escorted a group of six of us through the morning market, patiently describing all the exotic local offerings. Fascinating! He then allowed us to help him prepare an absolutely delicious luncheon meal of local fish, stir fried vegetables and an out of this world banana mango dessert. This is my first trip advisor posting and I highly recommend the Burasari. We could not have asked for more

This hotel is good located in the centrum of Luang Prabang, along the Nam Khan river. The rooms, all in wood, are very beautiful and comfortable. The team is kind and is always helping us. The man in Sunset villa, Sone, is especially friendly and our days along the Mekong river are unforgettable. The breakfast, on the terrace along the river with a superb view is very good : fresh orange juice, good coffee and croissants, home made jams, omelets,...  

Luang Prabang is a must and Burasari Heritage is ideally located near the main temples and the 2 rivers. Close enough to the activities of the night market but far enough to remain calm. The new manager, Constantin, takes care of every detail: cooking lesson, cruise, massage, etc. An antic Mercedes takes you to another villa with a 25-yards lap, if you wish. We’ll definitely come back
