Recently stayed here for 3 nights. This hotel has 60 or 70 rooms but has all the facilities you would expect in a larger 4 or 5 star hotel. It is about 3 or 4 kilometres outside the town centre so you need transport to get about. The staff are very friendly and, in particular, it has a superb swimming pool

We stayed 3 nights in this beautiful resort. We loved the well maintained gardens and pool area, as well as our beautiful and spacious room. The breakfast iwas of high quality. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. The hotel is in a more quiet part outside the city center of Luang Prabang. A couple of times a day a free shutlle bus brings you in 10 minutes to te center and pick you up by appointment back to the hotel. Very recommandable for travelers who want luxery and service in a quiet and peaceful hotel

We stayed here for four nights and had a great stay. The hotel is a bit far from town centre but its is a beautiful place with great grounds and pool. They run a free shuttle to the town centre. Staff is very courteous. Breakfast is great. The restraunt served us excellent vegetarian meals. We preferred to eat here rather than in town. I would definetely stay here again

We, a family of two parents and two little boys, booked this hotel. We arrived and we were warmly welcomed with a drink. Because we made an error in our booking we requested extra bed sheets. At first they wanted to charge us money for that but my wife wanted to talk to the manager. The manager then gave us the bed sheets for free. We were of course happy and we went for dinner that night. The restaurant is beautiful and the food is really good, they have an excellent chef, whom we later met, on that later. As we had such a nice feeling that day, we decided the next day to again eat dinner there, again great. We came into contact with the manager, he is a very nice Thai guy, Also staff liked us and some of them played with our kids which we liked a lot I must say. I think it was the third or fourth day that they started making the table extra special for us. Beautiful white linen with a bamboo dress. We really felt like king and queen, the way we were treated here. At our last day, the manager wanted to make a picture with us and so he did. We even got local presents! The manager also called in the chef, for us to meet and greet and also to make a picture. The day that we left, all staff waved us goodbye and gave us breakfast for in the bus. I have never ever had such a great feeling as here in this hotel I can only recommend it fully

This is the second time for me in Luangprabang but first time to stay at Juliana Hotel. Very impressive with hotel service. Staff are perfect , the place is clean . Food is very yummy. Thank you for making my time is memorable

From our arrival till departure we were very satisfied with the good clean rooms with good views from balcony and the wonderful & warm friendly service from all staff we met, it was a fantastic place to reside while staying in Laos, good food great service and transportation to and from hotel was excellent. It was a pleasure to stay here and will use this hotel again and would recommend it without a doubt.
