Sunny Mountain Hotel

We stayed at Sunny Mountain Hotel for 1 night. The service provided to us was excellent. English speaking staff took care of us throughout our stay, making transport bookings and organising 1 day trekking trip for our group. The buffet breakfast was more than adequate and our spacious room had beautiful views over Sapa valley. Will stay here again when we come back to Sapa.

Stayed here during three day hiking part of a tour in Northern Vietnam. Good location for walks around the city, even though the road could be muddy in the wet season. Friendly staff and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was excellent, loved the local specialties. Views are most likely stunning, though we had foggy days.

Our group of two couples thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sunny Mountain in Sapa. The staff were very friendly, spoke good English and were well organized. Unfortunately we left a wallet in the safe, upon contacting the hotel they were extremely helpful in getting this returned to us. We thank them for their honesty and assistance. We had breakfast at the hotel on two mornings, the Pho was delicious and food plentiful. In the evenings we were escorted to a local restaurant close by, the food very tasty and good quality. Our Sapa experience has definitely been one of the many highlights of our trip in Vietnam.

From the beginning to the end, the service was impeccable. People here are so friendly. Rooms are clean, and we had breakfast included every day.when we left we were given a parcel of drink and food to take on bus home Would highly recommend. My Jake and I enjoyed our stay here.

Can not fault this hotel. If you are lucky to have a room with the view of the valley you are in for a treat. Amazing/spectacular just a few of the words I can use. Big shout out to Son at the tour desk, went above and beyond.

We stayer in this hotel for two nights after arriving from the long train trip from Hanoi. Welcomed by a lovely cinnamon tea we were offered to take a shower and fresh up using the facilities. They introduced us to the trip possibilities and we were invited to join their lovely breakfast. The family room was very spacious and clean. Beds were very big and comfortable. They arranged good private trips with a good English speaking guide. When leaving for the arranged we received a bag with fruits and drinks for our train trip. We were happily surprised by their good and friendly service and recommend this hotel for families with children. It is situated quite central and lots of good restaurants and coffee bars within walking distance.

Great hotel, excellent location. Clean large rooms. We had a room with a small balcony at the rear of the hotel looking out across the mountains. Looking down was a small lane way with shops and lttle kids playing in the street. Was lovely. Food was great. Only downfall is the pool which doesn't look like the picture and is inside with no views to outside. Overall a really lovely hotel.

The hotel is in a great location, 50k in taxi from bus stop. The rooms are large and clean. The small balcony offers views of the beautiful mountains. The buffet breakfast had a wide selection and tasted amazing. We ate breakfast outside overlooking the mountains which was great. Would recommend staying here at least 2 nights.

Fantastic location, our room was very spacious with a great bathroom, the staffs are very friendly and informative, out view over the town and the mountains was great, the breakfast had everything, especially great coffee .

When we arrived, the reception is friendly welcome us. While waiting at the lobby, I see they even have few staff walking around to provide help and guidance. English not very good but at least can understand. We are having 1 night stay in the hotel. When entering the room, the most attraction is the amazing view of mountain from the room. The room is clean, the bed is not so soft can sleep well. There has welcome fruit to enjoy. Full amenity is provided. Breakfast not much choice but still acceptable.
