Aira Boutique Sapa Hotel & Spa

We booked a room adjacent to the view (5th floor) and it was gorgeous! There is a beautiful balcony connecting the two rooms (one room has teens, we use the other room). The hotel is very clean and the staff provide excellent service. The breakfast (included), there are many types and delicious. We finally use the restaurant twice because the food is great and there are Western-style options for our teenagers. We appreciate this hotel.

This really feels like a luxury hotel. Mostly if you take the family room large enough to accommodate 5 people. The staff is fantastic. They take all feedback seriously and do whatever they can to improve.  (I asked the manager, Steven, also polite and kind, to improve some specific things in the room.) Spa is also good You won't feel like a top luxury spa, but I'd say that It is really worth the money. Note that the family room doesn't have the perfect view you can see when your room is ahead, but overall, it's good enough for us. Enjoy your stay.

Aira is truly a 5-star hotel from FrontDesk, Concierge Services, Kitchen, Dining and Room Service. 3 Large must have C, Clean, Convenient and Comfortable. Will definitely recommend this Boutique hotel to any tourist visiting Sapa, Vietnam.

Arriving after spending 8 hours on the train from Hanoi, we were surprised when Mr. Stephen Long, the hotel manager, informed us that all our rooms would be ready when they arrived. I finish breakfast. And he made sure all our rooms will be on the same floor. During our stay, we found all the staff are professional, friendly, warm, and helpful. The staff at the restaurant especially Anna is also very attentive and helpful. Because it was the CNY season, we had to eat many meals at the restaurant, the food was very good and delicious. The restaurant staff especially Anna is very thoughtful, helpful and warm. Based on their advice, we took the tram  The hotel is located in a quiet and secluded part of town but is within walking distance from the town center and Sapa station. We had such an enjoyable time at Aira and Sapa, we hope to come back and will definitely recommend the hotel to our friends.

One of the best experiences I have had in Vietnam. A reservation at Aira was wrong in Hoi An, the staff helped me to change this place to Sapa. Perfect service. The rooms are big, have nice decor and have a decent sized bathroom. Will definitely come back. Thanks!

Nice quiet location with a view. I would highly recommend this place. The staff is fantastic, real luxury feeling. We can keep luggage all day after check out and enjoy the nice mood in the hotel.

Stayed here because we enjoyed a sister hotel in Hanoi, Essence Palace Hotel. This hotel is located on a hilltop and offers great views. We were very lucky when the sun came out while we were there because this was not the case. The hotel is big but not too conceited. Appointment room. The bathroom is clean and has nice towels. We stayed in room 310 with a balcony overlooking the villages and away from the noise of motorbikes. Breakfast is fun when they have a buffet as well as maybe boiled eggs or something else if you want to take a break from traditional fare. We also want to thank the staff, and especially Hannah for making us feel special. A great team. People seem happy to please you and always do it with a smile on your face. We also want to thank LAN, who took us on a tour of the villages. She spent two days showing us around and answering questions we had along the way. We appreciate this hotel.

- The hotel is clean, tidy, designed with aesthetic and diversified services: accommodation, spa, restaurant, swimming pool, gym; located in a bit deep but airy place, near the center - Breakfast is quite rich, there is a hot dish to serve the table (I ordered pho and egg rolls are delicious). However, the main menu has not seen the typical dishes of Sapa: chayote, salmon, sturgeon, Ban Pig, hill chicken, ... probably due to the majority of foreign visitors (heard the hotel is completing the menu and service from mid-September this) - Friendly staff, hospitable, small, dedicated (especially Mr. Long) - Nice room, with candy and umbrellas to welcome guests, with balcony overlooking the view Sapa valley has mountains and terraced fields, a bit noisy when opening the balcony because Sapa is currently building a number of surrounding hotels; slightly higher prices for Vietnamese office workers like me Spa: I use a hot stone massage pack and massage to clean the face, soothing, relaxing to the point where I sleep.

The hotel is very nicely decorated. From the lobby to the hallway and especially to the accommodation. Professional and friendly staff. We stayed here for 1 night and really felt like in heaven. The view from the balcony is really beautiful. Only a few spots to hold the table. It is a road up from the center of the hotel to the hotel that sapa is difficult and muddy. Must go by taxi. Small pool some unfinished outlet. But it did not matter. Good points seem to fill them all ... Thank you for giving us a wonderful night. Thanks!

My family and close friends stayed in the Hotel in Mar 2020 Beautifully designed hotel with convenient location, quite near the center and has a beautiful view overlooking Muong Hoa valley and Fansipan mountain. Staff from the receptionist, restaurant and spa staff are extremely friendly, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Especially the staff Jenny, Mon & Anna. Because Sapa is building roads or traffic and travel a bit inconvenient, we decided to have dinner at the KS restaurant instead of going out. But it is the right choice because the food is delicious, reasonably priced, clean and the staff are very good. In the morning the food is also very delicious and rich. Thank the hotel staff for making our stay very comfortable. I will definitely recommend the hotel to a friend and will come back here when coming to Sapa.
