Eden Boutique Hotel & Spa

We stayed for 1 night in this lovely boutique. Although it has a steep hill to get to hotel it shouldn't put you of. Our room was brilliant we stayed at the top floor Junior Suite Mountain View. Breakfast could be better but okay for us. We would recommend anyone to stay in this hotel and the price was very reasonable. When we came back from our trek we had already checked out they offered us to have a shower in a room beside reception prior to getting a transport back to Hanoi. Once again thanks for a short but great stay

Lovely hotel, beautiful furnishings. Great, helpful staff who also organised our tours. Excellent location - close to the main streets but far back enough to be quiet. Hotel’s spa is across the road: we had a massage and it was very good (and professional). Highly recommend

One of the best hotels we've been to whilst travelling around the world. The staff are outstanding, warm friendly, hospitable and they go above to help you. They are a great asset to the hotel! very clean, our rooms are perfectly serviced daily. The food is brilliant, breakfast in the mornings are a treat! We arrived in Sapa with plans to go trekking, sight seeing, the reception team were fantastic on organising this for us. We spent the occasion day in the hotel relaxing, the rooms are super cosy! 10/10 I recommend this gem of a place

Gorgeous little boutique hotel. Our room was exquisite and the people were fantastic. We also had a full body massage (their spa is across the road) and thoroughly enjoyed this experience. Though they have their own restaurant (which was fabulous for the breakfast we had there) they very generously recommended two other restaurants for other (great!) meals - one was the Red Dao (Dzao?) and the other Viet Emotion (ask for upstairs outside seats for great street views)

I stayed in a room which has a bathtub and fansipan view. Unfortunately for me, it was foggy throughout my stay. So I did not manage to enjoy any view. The room is spacious and clean, despite there were some wear and tear signs, which does not affect me in any way. The room has an aircon unit which can used as heater during cold weather. All the staffs of the hotel showed great service throughout my stay there. The hotel is located near the Sapa Town Square, about 5 minutes casual walk. Therefore, you are quite near to the eating spots, pubs and shopping area. There was also breakfast provided. The buffet spread was not that much but you can still order some ala carte dishes foc. Basic needs like toiletries are provided. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to those who are coming to Sapa

Eden Boutique Hotel was in a great Location. It was far enough away from the traffic and noise and yet close enough to walk to the town center. It was a very nice and I think newer hotel. Very clean and comfortable with excellent service. We would highly recommend this place. It makes a great base to explore Sapa from

The hotel is in a great location and not far from Sun Plaza. There is quite, clean and has attentive staff. The breakfast buffet is also very good. However, I love this place ,and I will advice this hotel to my friends

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Eden Boutique Hotel in the junior suite for 4 nights, Monday - Friday. The room was beautiful, even better than we’d expected, the bed was super comfortable and big with great pillows and we had the best sleeps we’ve had in Vietnam! The shower was another highlight - awesome big shower head and great pressure with nice hot water (a step up from our luke warm showers in Hanoi). Breakfast and the room service were also really nice, and good prices for the room service and wine we got. We had excellent service from all of the staff, but particularly from one of the female receptionists (we never heard her name but she’d been in Sapa for three years and was on every day we were there). She went out of her way to help us in any way we needed, including providing towels for us to have a shower when we arrived before we could check in (they have showers in the lobby bathrooms) which were very appreciated. Late check out (11am) and early check in (1pm) are standard and was great. Benefits also included being able to book trekking tours and our train home through the hotel at good prices (cheaper than on our own). Location is perfect, close to everything but also away from the main streets so nice and quiet. Will definitely stay again if we’re back in Sapa! Thanks for a great stay

The hotel was new, clean, quiet. Service and hospitality of utmost excellence. Especially the staff Ms. Thom communicated with us before our stay to make sure everything goes well. In overall, the hotel was a perfect places, good value & specially mentionedthe staff. They always smiling and doing extra miles to make sure you will enjoy the trip. We stayed here while touring Sapa. The room was very clean and the breakfast was excellent. The hotel staff were helpful with any questions that we had regarding local attractions. Highly recommend staying at this hotel
