Chau Long Sapa Hotel

We stayed there for 2 nights. A very cozy hotel: the entrance and the lobby are beautifully decorated, very clean and intimate. We had an upscale room: a huge bedroom with a comfortable living room and a balcony with great views. The staff are courteous and efficient. The breakfast was just great.

This hotel is very nice and the staff is special. They always go another mile for their guests. They allow early check-in and late check-out to match our travel plans. All staff speak English quite well so it's easy to communicate our needs and also ask them about the area. The pool is very nice, warm and very relaxing after a day with lots of walking and shopping. We have a family room and are impressed by how big it is, the bed is also very comfortable.

I find the hotel nice view, affordable, equipment in modern rooms, handy. Especially dedicated service staff, attentive, friendly, very professional working style. I am very satisfied, next time I have the opportunity to travel to Sapa, I will still choose Chau Long hotel !!!

xSmall room, fully furnished and very nice view overlooking the mountain. Enthusiastic and thoughtful staff. The restaurant and bar have a nice high view in the morning, this is my favorite thing in Chau Long. The location is close to the center so it is convenient to travel, just walk a bit called exercise and watch the streets of Sapa there are many choices of good restaurants or cafes. Chau Long is a certain ancient feature, very satisfied with me as well as other travelers if they have the same hobbies.
