Silk Path Grand Resort and Spa

Beautiful hotel. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t great so our visibility was limited- but the gardens and landscape were lovely. The breakfast was vast and good quality. Loved Olivios the Italian restaurant. The staff were friendly and nothing too much trouble. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The Spa was really good although separate Male and Female jacuzzi and Sauna? We had a complimentary foot massage that was excellent. 

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything about the Silk Path hotel is 5-star, starting from the hospitality, spa, room and breakfast facilities. The staff took care of our every need promptly and perfectly. Will definitely recommend very highly

The resort is very beautiful. Nice rooms, very spatious and beautiful architecture, looks like a castle. Great service at reception, especially Farah and Lala, they provide a personal service as you do not often encounter. We had a valentine arrangement with spa and special dinner and that was great. Although a big hotel not many customers seem to dine in the hotel. Surely great hotel and a nice indoor pool

Fantastic hotel: accommodation / food / facilities all excellent and staff were brilliant: reception, catering, room service, spa ... all helpful, charming and professional. You couldn’t ask for better. The Silk Path exceeded all expectations. Highly recommended.

Highly recommended this hotel, room, pool and spa, restaurant, services, location, everything is so perfect! The staff is very professional with always a huge smile! 

Stayed silk path 4 nights and could not fault the place, 20 minute walk into centre or take hotel shuttle bus that runs every hour, great heated pool and nice gym, staff excellent, definately come back

We must highly praise the reception staff ( particularly Flower) and Edward the Manager, for their amazing service when I lost my iPhone yesterday. I left it in a car down in the ethnic village of Cat Cat. It was not a taxi because the driver offered a lift to get out of the rain, so it was not easy to find him again. Despite this the hotel reception staff did not give up. They traced the car number through cctv and the manager drove us back the next day 3 miles to the village and asked locals if they knew who owned the car! Would you believe he traced the driver and when the driver opened his car there was my phone still sitting in the middle of the back seat!!!!!! The hotel and its facilities are generally well worth it’s five stars. We are in a very stylish executive suite which is very spacious and extremely comfortable. The hotel location is excellent with a commanding view over Sapa. There is efficient frequent transport down into town, which runs until 10pm at night if you wish to go out for dinner. However the restaurants are top class so you can happily eat in if you prefer. Breakfast also provides all you could want. Don’t hesitate to book the Silk Path if you are visiting Sapa

Extremely high quality hotel with friendly and attentive staff. The indoor pool with views over the valley was great and there are separate spacious male and female sauna/steam and jacuzzi facilities. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. There is a regular shuttle down the hill to the town if you need to go to a supermarket or it is a relatively short walk. The shuttle drops you near the station that leads up to the cable car up the mountain which is well worth a visit if the weather is clear. Our room had a secluded balcony which caught the sun, even though the weather was mixed. Rooms have a fridge and safe

This is one of the most luxuriest hotels I have ever stayed in. Service is more than excellent. The staff are wonderful. Food is great. Amenities are high class. This is a must do stay in this beautiful hotel. Grounds and view are superb.

What a hotel! Got an upgrade to an Executive Suite, which was fantastic spacious, wonderful view, countless amenities. Breakfast was vast with everything you can wish for. Spa area is amazing, we enjoyed a wonderful massage and spent some hours relaxing at the pool. Would have loved to stay longer!
