Villa Inle Boutique Resort

I'd like to thank all the staff who made my trip with my family the best that it could be. It was such an amazing stay at Villa Inle Boutique Resort. From the moment my sister and I went into our villa, the display of the entire room was absolutely fantastic. I loved the little notes with information about our country, our tropical fruits and how you as a hotel save water. The sweaters provided for us and the spa was very relaxing. It truly was a luxurious experience to be there. The staff were very welcoming and we had woken up to a beautiful breakfast as well as gone to bed with a bedtime tea given by the resort. If you as a customer are reading this, I hope you all have a wonderful time there as much as my family, friends and I did.

Fall in love with Villa Inle ❤️ Beautiful Rooms are capacious with Teakwood and high end bed amenities. Wide lake view and endless lotus field made me the most memorable Staff are awesome and made our stay extra special.

Large teak villas set amongst the trees with lake views from the outdoor areas. Large imposing bedroom with equally large, beautifully appointed, bathroom beyond. Scrupulously clean and maintained. Lounge area at one end of the villa with sofa and coffee table and again, an extensive view over the lake . Turndown service always left the mosquito nets in place and a few lights on as a welcome. The only hotel where the mosquito nets were left ready. A nice touch: two staff came round each night around 9pm with hot ginger tea to aid sleep. Restaurant excellent; wide range of dishes on a properly presented menu - no pictures on laminated menus! Food extremely enjoyable. (we even tried fish and chips!) Waiting on staff very pleasant and attentive. Restaurant itself a nice place to be in, bright and airy built of warm-coloured teak. Breakfasts excellent, huge range of dishes. A nice touch, fruit salads made to order - just choose your fruit! Large grounds worth exploring with a decent pool set near the restaurant. WiFi very hit and miss, but as a digital detox we were glad of this. With all that beauty outside....is wifi that important? By far, our favourite place to stay in Myanmar.

Very nice hotel with very friendly staffs. It is a little paradise and the view from the room is simply amazing. Food at restaurant is very delicious too and I really like the organic fresh vegetables! If you are looking for the quiet, charming and boutique hotel, this is the one.

My stay was superb and relaxing. The staff was accommodating and kind and always doing everything with a smile. I would recommend this property highly. I had a few concerns that were small minor detail things - like the adding of cushions to the balcony seats or to the boat seats and I shared these with the property manager. On my boat trip back to the airport, I saw that they had already implemented my request! Very impressed.

I stayed in Villa Inle Boutique Resort with one of my friend and I loved it! This hotel is built to respect the eco-system of the area and has many eco friendly features. Our villa had a balcony with a view on the lake: the perfect place to admire the sunset! The villa was very spacious and comfortable. The staff was welcoming and helpful. I really enjoyed the food at the restaurant as they are growing their own vegetables in their garden!

I confirm the other excellent reviews: Everybody is very friendly and welcoming, the food in the restaurant is excellent, there is a harmonious atmosphere, with big, nicely decorated bungalows. We will come again.

A wonderful atmosphere of calm. Beautifully located with fantastic staff who are well trained and provide excellent service. Designed in Beautiful location. Set back a little way from the main lake which is perfect as you don't hear the motors of the boats. overall a beautiful eco resort. I can only recommend it.

I stayed at this beautiful resort with my boyfriend and we couldn’t have imagined a better accommodation to explore and enjoy the beauty of Inle Lake 😍 We stayed in a Lakefront Villa with views over Inle Lake - spectacular! The bed was super comfortable. At night the room service brought us tea and arranged the mosquito net for us 😃 The breakfast was the best we’ve had in Myanmar. Everything was super fresh, delicious and super nice arranged (in a fishing boat 🚣🏻‍♀️ ). We did a sunset tour around the lakes as well as a day trip to the local villages and some temples - starting directly at the hotel. It was a great way of getting to know Inle Lake 😊 The hotel stuff was very obliging & we felt so welcomed! We wish we could have stayed longer! Thanks so much for the great time.

This hotel and location are perfect if you want to do nothing. There is no entertainment and the internet is only available in the restaurant and reception building not available in the rooms. The villas are all individual with large terraces, and views overlooking the lake or the gardens. The bedrooms are large suites built in traditional style so not ultra comfy but in character with the property and location. The breakfast buffet was top quality with fresh local produce. The evening meal serves very good local cuisine, but western dishes can by a bit hit and miss. Ample friendly smiling staff to assist you with what ever you want. Pleasent outside swimming pool for relaxing around but little else to do.
