The Reverie

one of the best hotel in Ho Chi Minh City. Panorama duluxe room very beautiful. the location was in the middle of the city, there are many shops and retaurants around the hotel. Free mini bar and pillow menu, which is excellent idea.

Stayed at The Reverie Saigon, from Feb 20th to Feb 23rd, 2020. The hotel is a top class hotel by any standard. Anyway, the reason for this review has to do with the fact that my wife had an accident during the visit to Cu Chi tunnels, with a wound in her knee needing stitching. Support for the incident in the tunnels was minimum, so we had to come back with a bleeding, open wound. Upon arrival to the hotel, we asked for help. The hotel forwarded us to a clinic close by – Family Medical Practice. The hotel sent someone from the staff with us (thank you, Mr. Duyen, for your support) and we were very well taken care of. Quick service, careful disinfection, proper stitching, antibiotics prescribed and delivered, excellent service overall. Expensive, all right, but when you are in an unfamiliar country, where you do not speak the language or fully understand the procedures, this is the kind of help we need. A big thank you to both the hotel and the clinic.

Been here for business trip and it was my second stay at The Reverie Saigon! room is fantastic and great service, mini bar and impeccable view from 38 floor Excellent breakfast and great cocktail hour at The lounge. I have visited the restaurants and have to say that food in delicious and good service staff is very well trained Next visit to saigon will definitely be back.

Everything about this hotel exudes luxury and class but more importantly, the service is absolutely impeccable. We celebrated my partner’s 40th birthday here and there were many surprises awaiting us which really added to the amazing experience. We were on the 39th floor and were incredibly impressed with the beautiful 180 views of Saigon and the room was delightful and luxurious. The buffet breakfast was delicious and the pool experience was very pleasant. I would come here again and again, The Reverie is one of my most favourite memories of our trip to Vietnam. Thank you to the wonderful stuff of this beautiful hotel!

Stayed in a junior Suite. Probably one of the best hotels i've stayed in. Almost the entire hotel is made from marble with cool art work everywhere, it's grand and amazing, the rooms were luxurious with mosaic tile art work with a marble bathroom with Hermes soaps to wash with. We also had free drinks in our mini fridge with daily fruit. The staff were also extremely polite and friendly. There is a really good Italian restaurant in the basement. Highly recommend you eat there.

Probably one of the top hotels we have ever stayed in.Extremely luxurious but with a friendly feel. Right in the centre of Saigon. We stayed on the 32nd floor and the room had spectacular panoramic views of the city. Fantastically smart, loved every minute of our stay.

This hotel looks like someone went to the best hotels of the world and brought back ideas from each to put in this hotel. The dark blue marble floors in the main entry were stunning. The elevators were really lovely. The main lobby was a little tacky with the velvet sofas. The rooms were large and the views from the top levels of Ho Chi Minh City were great. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was very spacious and had one of those Toto toilets that does everything. We had tea one afternoon which was high tea with sandwiches , scones and sweets. We would enjoy staying at this hotel again.

The service standard at this hotel is among the best I have experienced in 20 years as a business traveller in Asia. Other hotels - especially in Singapore and Hong Kong - could really learn a thing or two about service from this operation. It is one thing to have a few people who are good, but an entire staff without flaw is quite an achievement. Beautiful facilities and very convenient location also.

We arrived in the midst of the Covid 19 hysteria unfortunately, but that did not dampen the service. We were greeted at the airport with a nice Mercedes and a quick 20 minute drive to the hotel. Lobby is on the 7th floor, and staffed by very courteous employees. We had booked a Jr Suite with Lounge access and were not disappointed. Very large, comfortable rooms. If you can swing it, get a room with lounge access. The lounge staff were really great.
