Fusion Suites Saigon

I LOVED this hotel! Amazing decoration of the room. Very good and clean shower and room. Cozy & Softy beds. The staff were so nice! The location is good. The breakfast was the best I've eaten in all hotels in Vietnam.

We stayed here for a few nights before joining a river cruise. Excellent choice of hotel. Rooms are spacious and has everything we needed, bed very comfortable. Food is available at the hotel but there are several places to eat very close by, including a vegetarian restaurant just over the road. A very good market within walking distance with a good selection of products. Crossing the road is scary , especially as motorbikes ride on the footpaths as well as the road. It’s a matter of doing what the locals do, just hold up your arm and walk out in between the traffic. Amazingly they all seemed to miss us, never saw one accident but it’s scary at first.

The hotel itself is very well decorated and had one of the most comfortable rooms of my entire 2 week stay in Vietnam. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and professional. The hotel breakfast was fantastic and offered both western and Vietnamese dishes. The location of the hotel makes it a great base for exploring Ho Chi Minh City where everything is a quick and inexpensive Grab or Taxi ride away. The only slight negative thing that we experienced was that the Spa was completely booked during our 2 day stay. This isn't a big issue, but I noticed that this was mentioned in several other reviews and appears to be a trend. If you want to receive a massage or spa treatment during your stay, then you may want to get in touch ahead of time to make sure it is available before booking.

We found Fusion Suites to be a great choice - very centrally located, marvellous staff, reasonably priced, good rooms, a quiet location, excellent breakfast spread (complete with excellent coffee - Australians appreciate a good flat white). With free spa treatments thrown in (we never had trouble booking them - simply booked the day ahead), and this was a wonderful choice. We'd happily stay again!

Lovely quirky room, comfy bed. Good location for sightseeing Really nice spa where we both had a massage, me a foot and leg massage and the other half a full body massage. Both in same room, hour long. Bit difficult to make booking, but enjoyed it. Breakfast was quite good, but not amazing choice. We ate in the evening on the patio area at the front of hotel, comfy seating and road was not too busy, so pleasant is the evening warmth. staff friendly and helpful. We had a kitchen area, sink, loads of cupboards and a microwave but no cutlery or plates, just normal tea/coffee tray. Probably will provide if you ask.

We stayed here 3 nights and would totally recommend this hotel. Centrally located in a quiet street with a very nice and large terrace in the front made it even more enjoyable. Room was beautifully decorated and big enough. Only one con was the shower that was weirdly designed. Breakfast was very good and the best during our Vietnam trip. Staff was very friendly and very smiley.

We stayed at Fusion Suites for 3 nights prior to joining out travel marvel tour of Vietnam and Cambodia. The hotel is lovely, very comfortable, very central and offered a delicious breakfast. There is a Seven Eleven less than 2 minutes away ( be careful crossing the street) which only accepted dong but which provided all the necessary luxuries. Chocolate , cigarettes, soft drinks, beer and milk. I booked a massage for our final morning and paid 600,000 dong for an excellent full body massage from a delightful young lady. Laundry service is available and reasonably priced with same day return. The hotel provides toiletries, bottled water and there are water stations by the lift to refill them. Hairdryer works but is a bit of a nightmare but walk in shower was superb. If I visit Saigon in the future I will not hesitate to book the Fusion Suites Hotel.

My wife and myself are regular travellers and stayed here at the end of our recent trip to Vietnam. We avoid global brands like the plague and like cool, understated quality places which offer 'clean, comfortable and not-tired decor' combined with good location and unpretentious service. Fusion Suites ticked all the boxes for us - situated in a great location on the right side of the city for the airport and central attractions - yet on a quiet side-street, there's a lovely shaded area at the front of the hotel to sit and chill. 5 minutes walk away is a nice park which we regularly walked through at the start/end of our days out in the city. The hotel and room decors are stylish, clean and fresh. There's a focus on sustainability and reducing their carbon foot-print. We stayed on the 10th Floor which offered great views and was quiet. There's a Roof Top bar above the 10th Floor which was closed for refurbishment - unsure if it's noisy in the evenings when it's open. The breakfasts were great as was the internet access. All the staff were very professional and genuinely made us feel welcome throughout - nothing was too much trouble. After checking-out, we ended-up returning to the hotel for 4 hours as our flight was unexpectedly cancelled. We asked for some help contacting airlines and using their internet. Khoa and the team on Reception couldn't have been more helpful. We would definitely stay here again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

Quite a futuristic hotel, with an airy reception area and restaurant, and with a lovely shaded lounge area in front of the hotel. The free breakfast we had was the best one we found during our three-week stay in Vietnam.
