Park Hyatt

This is the first time i stay at Park Hyatt Saigon and I really love it. I love everrything, sevevice, quality, food,.... That's amazing. My room have nice decoration and i sleep very well. Will be back on the next time.

Nice stay, lovely room, would I stay again "yes" we were well looked after. Nice pool for relaxing. This hotel is well located and very comfortable. The food was good, all in all a good choice nice stay.

the room we stayed in was very comfortable and clean,over all 10 out of 10 the meals where well cooked and served with a smile at breakfast and dinner. the pool was clean and there was plenty of places to sit.

Rarely rate anything 5 star. This expereince was 5 star in an perfectly kept luxury hotel. Though we were oart of a tour group, our experience at the hotel in no way reflected this, as is so often the case. Room was primo, on top floor. Staff was wonderful. Breakfast nice combination of Western and Asian selections. Location was perfect- the best things to do in Saigon were within walking distance. (We consider walking distance anything less than 30 min easy walk). Would love to return someday!

We spent two, very enjoyable, nights at the Park Hyatt, Saigon as part of an extended tour of Vietnam and Cambodia. The rooms and service were excellent and the hotel is in a useful, central location.

Bed was very good and comfortable. Hi level service Breakfast was amazing Great food And food in the pool Great pool area Walk in to war musium Great location close to everything I’ll definitely be back to this place.

great hotel, friendly and very helpful staff, great location, Food was good, breakfast excellent. Cost of a beer at 130,000 Dong was I thought excessive when the same beer is available in Circle K for 15,000 Dong.

Beautiful hotel with friendly staff. Our room was a good size with 2 chairs in addition to the desk chair. Comfortable bed and pillows. Outlets on both sides of bed. Decent lighting. Large bathroom with tub and shower. Separate water closet. Unusually large and nice pool on the third floor. Exceptional exercise room. Breakfast buffet is very good. The pastries are not to be missed.

This was our third stay at the Park Hyatt Saigon, and we were there for a week. The facilities are A+, the rooms are attractive and very comfortable and really wonderful people work there. This clearly is the place to stay in Saigon. We’d give it six stars if we could! It’s one of the best hotels in Asia! The concierge people are very special, ask for Lan (Les Clefs D’Or) or Truc, but all of the concierge people are very very helpful. Na in the Business Center also is A+; she was so very helpful. Na even sent a follow up email to us regarding a shipment after we left. How thoughtful! The hotel’s restaurant Square One is wonderful, too. We will review it separately.

I stayed at the Park Hyatt March 11 to 16 when the coronavirus was ravaging the lodging industry and raising levels of fear and chaos in Vietnam and elsewhere. Despite this, the staff at the hotel showed continual attentiveness, hospitality, and courage towards me and the other guests. I will remain indebted forever to the Park Hyatt and its employees for the valor they demonstrated in a uniquely challenging time.
