We just concluded a 10 day trip to Vietnam, amazing country, we really had a great time there, the Vietnamese people are very good and friendly. A country with rich culture, they have gone through a lot which is very evident but are now bouncing back quite well. We visited Hanoi, Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh cities, also did a cruise at Halong Bay, I would like to thank Asia Travels, specially Ms Ly Nguyen for ensuring we have an amazing experience, right from the time we started planning our trip, all the interactions we had with Ms Ly were excellent, she is very cooperative and prompt in her responses, and very patient in all the questions we kept asking for clarity, also accommodating the changes we asked for. From the day we landed, the service has been flawless, the driver and guide in all the 3 cities were very good, they also ensured we did not have any food issues and arranged food to our taste. I would like to appreciate all the 3 guides; Ms Thuy Lan (Anna) at Hanoi, Mr Truong at Da Nang and Ms Lucky at Ho Chi Minh, all 3 were very professional, pleasant personalities, they took us around very nicely and more importantly were very patient when we spent excess time in clicking pictures of the wonderful places we visited or when we were shopping around. Overall, a wonderful stress-free experience, thank you so much :-)
