This place is a dream. The host - Ms Ngoc - is wonderful. She speaks perfect English (and French I believe) and is so kind and attentive. Nothing is any trouble. She allowed us to check in at 7am (!) and on the day we left allowed us to stay inour room till nearly 8pm at no extra charge - how good is that for customer service?! The rooms are large - and they have a wardrobe/ cupboard to store your clothes and you bags - a lot of hotels I have come across in Asia at this price point dont do this - so this was great! I hate living out of a suitcase! The wetroom again was large and everything was very clean - keep it up!! There is a little terrace outside each room so good to relax in the evening.

Parking was extremely secure, they let us park right our bikes at the sitting area of the hotel.. The hotel has a small park in the centre which gave the place a quaint resort like feel. The lady manager made us feel welcome and was fluent in english. She prepared a friend noodle dish for us for dinner. The location however was not very central, but good enough for transit. We stayed for 2 nights and the place is considered well priced and affordable. The rooms were big but a bit old, but definitely good enough for me. Yes to wifi

Ngoc (I hope I spelled correctly) I think is the loveliest lady that has ever walked the planet ! We stayed at Xuanmai resort for three nights and we loved it. It was a perfect base for getting to the waterfalls. Try the Bobun Chicken it is incredible. The rooms are very clean and comfy. I wish her every success as she deserves it

Stayed here in route to bolaven plateau. It was spotlessly clean. The host speaks good English and is a great cook. She easily understood our vegetarian needs. The rooms have air conditioning but also have good screens and a fan so we didn’t have to use the air conditioning.

Nice quiet location, just outside the city only a short tuk tuk ride away, which are abundant all around. A perfect blend of nature and city, with a beautiful bridge in the middle of it all. Ngoc was an incredibly welcoming and kind host and her cooking class was also nice! Simple to follow and delicious to taste. The rooms were large and comfortable. Would recommend to everyone

During our time in Laos we stayed at Xuanmai Garden twice. The owner Mrs. Ngoc was such a kind and helpful host the first time we stayed there, that we had to come back on our way back home. The resort has a nice garden and Mrs. Ngoc is such a good cook! The food is delicious and always freshly cooked for you. Highly recommended

The stay was our best on our 1 month asia trip. Very nice service they always care about you. The management speaking good english so communication is not a problem. All is clean, the breakfast ia really nice

Our host Ngoc was a delightful lady. She was able to meet all our travel requests , booked transportation and gave advice on what to do in and around Pakse. Our children were welcome and well accommodated for. Breakfast on offer was a diverse mix of Lao or western choices . We attend Ngoc’s on site cooking school which was a complete experience in Lao food and culture. We cooked on traditional charcoal stoves and even got to wash the dishes Lao style. The menu was flexible to meet everyone’s pallet and included curries spring rolls, Laap , desserts and sticky rice preparation. We came away with a new appreciation for how much dedication it takes to produce the perfect spring rolls. Our children enjoyed the cooking and eating and developed an appreciation of the diffence between Lao and Australian lifestyles

his is a lovely boutique hotel set in a beautiful garden with a great eating/common area overlooking the garden. It almost felt like you were eating in a tree house. The rooms were lovely and clean. The hostess Ngoc was so incredibly warm and welcoming. Cooking classes are also available here. I would definitely recommend this place
