Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi Hotel

An ideally located, super plush hotel in the heart of Hanoi. Close to the Opera House, shops and restaurants. Excellent service from all staff. Large, comfortable rooms; coffee making facilities; full service hotel; outdoor pool, bars and restaurants.

Wonderful staff, friendly and professional. Room was excellent with everything needed being provided. Great stay in an ideally located area in the heart of Hanoi. Would definately redcommend if luxury is a key factor. There is also an opportunity to go down to experience the "war bunker" that is beneath the hotel. Incredible experience. Breakfast was THE BEST we have ever had in any hotel so far.

Outstanding hotel, from friendly, attentive, elegant service to beautiful accommodations, restaurants and spa . Hanoi is a wonderful city with many things to see, and my family almost didn't want to leave the hotel!

What a lovely hotel. So big. We were on the first floor with a lovely room overlooking the main street. No noise was heard though. Meals were also very good. Being a diabetic, the chef made me my own sauces and sweets. Breakfast buffet was amazing, everything on offer. Staff excellent and attentive. Enjoyed our two nights here very much. Only pity was shower over bath, was hard for my husband (with hip problems) and myself to get out of.

This property was stunning. From the welcoming committee to all the little touches to make our stay memorable. Properties location was perfect and always felt safe. The food at their french restaurant was phenomenal. No regret on picking this property as our stay in Hanoi for 2 nights.

Second visit to this wonderful hotel Fully recommend it As a haven of tranquility in this wonderful city. Spa excellent. Service in all the restaurants and pool bar excellent Not sure we will be back this way anytime soon but if we do we will certainly stay here again.

We were part of a tour group and arrived during the CoVid19 outbreak. Nothing in the hotel's management made us feel anything than secure - so well handled. Breakfast each morning was a delight; cocktails in Angelina were so good and well made, especially the Charlie Chaplin. The staff was so accommodating. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful one-night stay at the Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi and wished we could have stayed longer. Our room was in the older part of the hotel, and it was extremely comfortable and beautifully decorated. The staff were very kind, spoke excellent English, and were able to help us arrange a tour the next morning. We highly recommend the guide named Loi.

The Sofitel in Hanoi is a beautiful old hotel. Although the hotel and Hanoi were quiet due to the CoronaVirus shut downs, it is still a beautiful city to explore. And the staff at the Sofitel were wonderful, the old rooms are stunning and the restaurants food and service were impecible. Will definitely stay again.

5 Star hotel. Excellent rooms, Swimming pool and Breakfasts. The reception was excellent and the service tip top. The concierge gave excellent advice wrt where to visit and eat, All in all, an excellent hotel.
