Apricot Hotel

This is one of the best hotels we stayed while we were in Vietnam. Fabulous breakfast. we stayed for only one night part of our tour. wish we had stayed for longer. convienient and beautiful. we had a lake view room. Highly recommended.

Spent five nights at the Apricot in mid-Dec. 2019 in two separate stays. Our first night was right off the plane from the States. As bleary eyed travelers, check in was easy and accompanied by a refreshing welcoming beverage. The room (Canvas Lake View) was exactly what we booked and was very nice. As others pointed out, you want to avoid an interior room and we were glad to have paid up a little to get a view. It would have been nice to be a floor or two higher, but it would have cost more. All in all we were happy and got what we paid for. When we checked in the second time and initially put in a different room, we asked for our first room again and being that it was available they moved us - no hassle. In addition to the room being very nice and more spacious than expected given the vintage of the hotel, the bathroom and shower were also very comfortable with plenty of hot water and good water pressure. The room was stocked with two complementary water bottles each day with the cleaning service and with two new water bottles with the turn down service. There was a very convenient market less than a block away where we could have easily and cheaply purchased more, but we didn't need it. Breakfast was also included. Based on some of the reviews I read here before our trip, but after we had already booked, I was not anticipating much. What a great surprise. The breakfast was great! Great service, coffee of most any variety, and a ton of food options (both western and local)

We stayed here for 6 nights and this was the perfect base to come and go from , staff were super friendly and nothing was to much trouble , we needed somewhere to store our bags and they let us for a couple of hours and organised a taxi for us to the airport.

One of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed at. Amazing breakfast buffet. Beautiful architecture and friendly staff. Wonderful convenient location right on the lovely lake and walking distance to many attractions. An oasis away from the buzz of Old Quarter.

Fantastic two night stayFeb 11rd and Feb 17th with a boat trip in between during which they held our luggage. Beautiful lobby, right at the lake and 2-3 blocks from Cathedral, shops, food. Breakfast was included in our room and mby family of 5 -3 teenagers said it was the best breakfast buffet they EVER had - delicious, diverse choices - traditional American/European, Japanese, pho and dim sum, 15 different pastries, fruit, juices, service Rooms very nice with great hair dryers, first stay 3 stayed in room 423 which has bedroom and single bed in sitting area and a couch/kitchenette set up - we really appreciated the extra space and welcome upgrade. Rooms quiet. Rooftop pool area cool with very small bar with great views I was between staying here and a more resort like property further out and I will never look for another place to stay in Hanoi - the balance of location, luxury, food, staff and make this a tremendous value for touring.

This was our first visit to Hanoi and we chose this hotel having read reviews and also because it is located in the old quarter of the city. It was an excellant choice. Everything about the hotel is first class - the building itself is beautiful, the room good, the staff excellent. It is situated right by the lake and easy walking distance into the city.

I had a short trip in Hanoi with my hubby. After searching and got recommendation from friends, Ms.Lan Anh at sales department did a good job in assisting us to book a room. Lovely hotel with a great location, right in the centre of city, very convenient to discovery Old Quarter. There are a lot of nice food spots around. Service and staff were completely good. Definitely will choose it again when we come back Hanoi.  

Very hospital host, great customer service and facilities are up to standard, pricing is affordable and competitive. Keep up the good work, will definately go back and stay in the same hotel again when i visit Hanoi!

A beautiful hotel with excellent facilities and outstanding service in the centre of Hanoi. Their restaurant delivers fantastic food with a huge selection to choose from. Rooms are fastidiously clean and well appointed. Will definitely stay here again.

This hotel and its staff must be the best one in Hanoi, and great location. I highly recommend .In fact, we were so impressed, we came back again after our visit to Sapa. We liked the central location, the lake and the old town.
