A very comfortable base to stay while exploring the magnificent city of Hanoi and surrounding locations. The staff are wonderful and room was spotless. Just a couple blocks from the Hoan Kiem lake and all the great attractions associated with this exotic land

Great old quarter location within easy reach of the lake, shops and restaurants. Received very welcomed fruit drink on arrival. Received the twin beds requested. Room was very clean and well presented. Staff were friendly and helpful. Easy to change currency into duong

Spent three nights in hotel Gondola early June as part of a group of sixteen. Lovely reception very helpful, easy check in. Bedroom good size with a window to one side, mini fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. Bathroom a good side. Breakfast every thing you need to set you up for the day. Would I stay here again yes

The rooms are big and comfortable, breakfast had enough choice for me. Location is very good and the staff helpful and very friendly. You can store your luggage and they help with whatever you need. Recommended

The best breakfast included. Lots of cooked and fresh vegetable dishes, salads,protein options, pho, hot and cold beverages. Yum. Staff are very friendly and attentive to all needs. Room was very comfortable and so clean and great TV and internet available. What a great stay in Hanoi

The staff at the Gondola were extremely accommodating and friendly and went out of their way to provide excellent service. The rooms were clean and spacious and located in a great location, walking distance from the old town and the turtle lake

In the beautiful heart of the city near Hoan Kiem Lake, food stores and clothes.We slept like a baby at night because it's not so noisy, away from the hustle and bustle.The staff is friendly from the manager, receptionist down to the bellboy. Good english communication skills. The elevator is fast, the rooms and beds are clean with daily cleaning.Clean bathroom with bath tub and rain shower. Buffet breakfast is great with customized omelet of your choice and they packed us a breakfast because our flight back home is early in the morning
