Lantana Hoi An Boutique Hotel & Spa

Myself and 3 friends stayed at the Lantana Boutique for 2 nights , we arrived early morning after a very tiring overnight train journey. We were very warmly greeted and offered breakfast whilst our paperwork was sorted, our rooms were made ready very quickly and we were allowed to use a room to shower and change All of the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome, they were always smiling and eager to help. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean,the rooms were bright and airy and the breakfast choice was brilliant As the hotel is along side the river we enjoyed early evening cocktails with a great view If you are visiting Hoi An this hotel should be your first choice.

Great location, close to the old city. With a very handy free shuttle bus to the beech Spacious clean room with good amenities. But a special thanks to Sally and her team who went above and beyond in making us feel very welcome Chris and Josette.

Excellent accommodation. Beds were very comfortable, rooms were clean. Decor wasClose to the old city of Hoi An, Vietnam where there are markets and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and service and food were excellent.

Spent a week here as part of a large group of friends. Nothing was too much trouble for Sally and the staff - they were welcoming and even remembered our names. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay a stones throw from the old town.

From the very beginning at check in, Staff, Premises and Location were 5/5! Our extended stay was still not long enough. We will be back to one of Vietnams true gems and locations. A big shout out to Sally, Amy and all the crew, particularly in their assistance with my Partner going Vietnamese for the day! First time ever and no doubt there will be lots more!

My husband and I have had an incredible stay at the Lantana Boutique hotel in Hoi An. The location is fantastic as it over looks the river and is only a 3 minute walk from the old town which has lots of bars and restaurants. The hotel itself is quiet and not on a main road so street traffic noise is minimal. The staff here have been so friendly and kind. They surprised me with flowers and a cake for my birthday! They have been really helpful arranging taxis and trips for us. The hotel also has a free shuttle service to the near by private beach which is worth a visit if you want to chill. We enjoyed our time so much we asked to stay another night! Brilliant hotel!

It was just a short one night stay at Lantana but it created such a sweet memory for us! Amy was really sweet upon our check in and upon our request, they gave us the corner unit (402)! Told them we were celebrating our wedding anniversary and they did some decorations on the bed. Hotel was within walking distance to the night market and Hoi An ancient town. They also have free shuttle to the An Bang beach which we made used of. Amy is always full of smile though we can’t see it due to the mask with the corona virus requirement but you can feel it. Upon check out, we had another surprise anniversary cake which really caught us by surprise!! Thanks Amy and Lantana for the great memory!

This property is in a prime location for visiting all of Hoi An and surrounding attractions. It offers great facilities at a value for money price. Staff are happy to advise on what to visit and will arrange your day tours. The highlight for us was the rare and faultless customer service we received from manager, Sally Ngo and her genuinely friendly and efficient staff.

We loved staying here at the Lantana hotel (don’t be mistaken by the other hotel of the same name - make sure you pick the one next to the ancient town). The staff were just wonderful. They were so cute with our daughter and son, they literally walked around with our baby girl so we could eat breakfast and always welcomed us back to the hotel full of smiles. The breakfast was varied and coffee / tea served at the table. Lots of staff checking the food. The rooms overlooking the river are lovely - just ask for a high floor to get the best views. The balcony is a nice touch. We absolutely loved the heated pool! A great place to relax in following a day of walking around the town. Make sure you visit the night market and the bar we loved for happy hour and music (singer) is called Belleville next to the market. Thank you for all the staff at Lantana for the wonderful stay!

My husband and I stayed here 4th March - 7th March 2020. A truly lovely place, the staff are all so friendly and helpful, especially Sally, she was lovely. The Hotel is very central to walk out into Hoi An. It also overlooks the river, we used to sit on our balcony watching everyone coming and going ! The bridges and boats all light up and look beautiful. We went to the night market which is a short walk away from Hotel. Also short walk to the old Town. They have a free shuttle bus to and from the beach, which is very nice too. Unforunatley, we didn't get the time to make use of the swimming pool or Spa facilities which looked great. Definately reccomend this Hotel.
