Such a gorgeous place with a sophisticate design hotel.My family had experience peaceful, relaxing, food was really delicious and especially all the staffs very lovely and kind.Would be back someday in the future.

What a visual delight from the water feature/pond in the lobby, to the swimming pool and surrounding gardens and rooms. My room was spacious, comfortable and the balcony was an unexpected bonus. The breakfast was exceptional and catered to both Asian and Western cuisines. Location was good within walking distance to the Old Town and markets.

Good place in Hoi An,good servcice, good room,good location to the old town,friendly and professional staff.TAM is so kindly and attentive. Many food to choose for breakfast.I will recomend my family and friend to visit this resort again.

Located in an easy walk to the old city, and restaurants. Very nice rooms, clean, and comfortable. Good internet. Quiet, a haven from the noisy streets. Very nice pool. Good breakfast. Convenience store right across the street. I would stay here again.

We stayed for one week at the Belle Maison Resort and we were very impressed by the attentive service we received from the staff, in particular Chau. Chau was on the reception desk when we arrived on our first night and she made a point of each day she was on duty to come and find us and check if we were happy. We were moved to a different room during our stay, and although the room was lovely, the bed was squeaky. I mentioned this to Chau , and she was able to move us again, so I could get a quiet nights sleep. The restaurant was top class, fast and efficient service and the food was delicious. Obviously they have a very talented chef. If there was something I would like to see improved it is the better understanding of the different room deals. We purchased a package from a third party holiday group and our room included some drinks each day. It was a little annoying to have to explain this to the wait staff each day. Not sure how to fix this, but it would have improved our experience. Belle Maison is a bit of a walk to old town, we didn't mind that, but other travellers need to be aware of that. The rooms are large clean and all have small balcony, some overlooking the pool others a bit of an empty paddock, not very pretty to look at but more private. All up we had a lovely stay and would recommend to others.

The room is good but noisy a little bit but it is ok❤️the swimming pool was gorgeous and just small a little bit but I get bring cozy . The food At Rice Restaurant is also really really nice.and delicious .especially Pho Bo is the local food in Hoi anis good for The staff is also wonderful and friendly especially Miss Chau ❤️from Front desk ...Location was perfect for us. it is very close form the hotel. Approximately 15 mins from the old town and you can walk and borrow bike.

I had spend 3 nights in belle maison hadana resort and spa and i felt like i stay at home. Everything is so good, staffs are friendly and helpful. They ars always smiling to welcome me every time i go out or come back. They give free upgrade to nicer room with pool view. I really had wonderful time in belle maison and i definitely stay again this resort with my parents next time. Thanks so much belle maison.

We stayed in a Suite Balcony on a high floor for two nights and it was THE hotel highlight of our travels through Vietnam particularly due to the excellent staff. Bedroom and offset living room were both very spacious with large tv's in both rooms. Furnishings are good but cupboards are somewhat minimal and a little more storage space for clothing would be good. Bathroom had rain-head shower opposite toilet, plus a separate medium size bathtub with overhead shower opposite vanity unit. Would be great for couple with a young child. All room/bathroom cleaning was thorough. Linen and towels were all excellent quality and near brand new. Balcony was nice to sit out on although the two small wooden chairs were not suitable for very long sitting. Pool is large, clean and in excellent new condition. Breakfast is good mix of usual east & west options plus kitchen cooking fresh eggs. Basic bikes are provided and we rode the easy flat 5-6 km to the beach. One bike we used had a broken brake cable so we returned to exchange after 1 km of cycling. I'm guessing not many residents actually use the bikes. Hotel has an affiliated beach bar with free couches for Belle Maison residents and we loved swimming and lounging at the ocean before heading back to explore the old town. The negative we had was with a neighboring houses who all have dogs which we saw from our balcony. As our balcony room was on the exterior of the hotel overlooking the local residents, we could hear the local ambiance which is an expected part of the experience of travel. One had a dog which cried at various times late evening. But it started up crying and barking around 3 am and constantly didn't stop every few seconds till after 5 am. Locals I guess don't worry about barking dogs next door, but it was aggravating and left us both tired from lack of sleep in a premium room. Mentioned it to staff in the morning and they were obviously sympathetic about the constant dog barking but seemed to not know it was ever an issue. BTW, we are passionate dog owners & pity hearing dogs being neglected or mistreated. Great hotel. Just ask for a pool view room if you dont want to hear dogs barking at night.
