Kiman Hoi An Hotel & Spa

We came from Long Island of New York and stayed in this wonderful hotel in 3 nights. All staff in this hotel are very professional, nice, hospitality, and charming. My wife got sick during our stay in the hotel, all staff whom we talked to were so nice to help my wife with available medicines, the kitchen even prepared special foods for her. The breakfasts are very good, a lot of choices, healthy foods. Rooms are big and clean. This is certainly a great place to stay for business and family vocation.

This property was very nice. Spotlessly clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. We had breakfast included which was a great selection of nice food. We also had one dinner there. We ordered western food which was OK, but another person ordered Vietnamese food which looked really good.

I had a cold and recieved extra good care and consideration. Lemon ginger tea been delivered to my room without me asking for it or being charged. Sometimes english can be a problem in Vietnam- I was very pleased that their english was so good. All the staff.

Only good words for this hotel and staff. We had room with balcony. Spacious, perfectly laid out with nice ambient lighting but also a strong light when needed for packing etc. There was a bath and shower over, with plenty of hot water. Big, comfortable bed. Nice and quiet at night. Spotlessly clean. Fast wifi. The breakfast was amazing. Plenty of choice, good quality and very clean. What meant most to me, the staff. In particular, My. I needed to see a doctor whilst I was there. She arranged everything for me with what I felt was the most genuine care. Also Trinh who checked with me daily how I was, with concern. I had difficulty walking with my injury so stayed close to the hotel, using restaurant too. The food was varied, fresh, tasty and good price. All the staff, in restaurant, cleaners and porters were all so friendly, smiling. If I could give more stars, I would. To get ill on holiday, I could not have been in a better place for surroundings and care. I thank the staff so much for this.

My family enjoyed the very relaxed atmosphere. We slept very well, enjoyed a good breakfast, had good balconies to smoke on, and enjoyed the peaceful swimming pool. The staff were very helpful and the hotel was very clean.

Excellent hotel. The staff are helpful, polite, cooperative. Most of them speak English. Near to so many attractions. Thank Goodness we found so many vegetarian restaurant nearby. Ganesh Indian restaurant is around 1km walk. Coco village is 5 minutes drive from here. Lots of shop around. Nice place to stay.

This is our last night at this fabulous hotel and we will be sad to leave here. The rooms are lovely and very clean, the showers are hot (Yay) and the staff are absolutely faultless. Breakfast is delicious and plentiful and the dinners are lovely. I can honestly say that the staff go out of there way to make you feel at home and cannot do enough. They even brought a birthday cake to our room for our niece which was so very special. When one of us was sick they even went to the pharmacy to get some medication to help her. I cannot praise this hotel enough and would highly recommend anyone to stay here. I know this is where we will come back to on our next visit to Hoi An.

We spent a week at Kiman Hoi An hotel & spa. Well were do I start you are welcome with a beautiful smile from all staff. The room we had was cleaned regularly. The pool was nice. Plenty of choice for breakfast. The manager ms phong is just brilliant nothing is too hard if you need anything. Will stay again for sure.

We stayed at the Kiman Hotel purely because our travel agent booked us in there but we just fell in love with the staff so much that we didn’t want to leave! They were so friendly and helpful, and always with a warm smile. One of the staff, “My”, would come up to us just to talk about our day. She was so nice!! The room was clean and spacious enough. It had a balcony to sit out on and watch the goings on down on the street. We did experience the same problem with the shower as we seem to have with every shower in Vietnam — the water leaks out of the shower into the rest of the bathroom because the shower floor is not graded properly and the drain doesn’t drain fast enough. We found that if we just pulled the grate out it drained fine :) Free use of a bicycle made going to old town quick and easy, as well as to the excellent beach (which the map says is 2 km away but in reality is more like 4!). The free breakfast was better than most, although admittedly all of the hotels we have stayed at in Vietnam have offered very good breakfasts. Would love to come back to Hoi An and would stay in this hotel all over again.

Not just another great warm welcoming hotel in Hoi An. Food great, service and staff top notch. Accommodation comfortable and the pool at the beginning or end of the day was an absolute delight. Would recommend to any traveller.
