If you are planning a trip around Cambodia, then a visa is an item you have to prepare. There are 2 easiest ways to apply for a Cambodia visa with straightforward procedures and short processing time - Visa on arrival and e-visa. To know more about the information and how to get a Cambodia visa, check out the article below.

1. Validity & Cost

Except for the countries in the ASEAN group, the others are required to apply for a Cambodia Visa either visa on arrival or e visa. The validity for a tourist visa on arrival is 1 month/ Evisa is 3 months from the issue date with the length of stay last for 14 to 30 days. This type of visa is single entry only and can be renewed once for an extra 30 days at $30 - $50.

Cambodia visa on arrival fee is $30 while Evisa is $36 ($30 visa fee + $6 processing time). Children under 2 accompanied by their parents are not charged for getting a visa. The amount of time it takes you to get a visa depends on the method you use to apply for it. If you submit an application form to the Cambodia Embassy, the procedure will normally last for 5 working days (considering off season from June to August) and 10 working days at most (considering high season from September to May).
