Schedule of Bagan Half-Day Sightseeing Tour: Boat Jetty - Sae Lan Village - Kyauk Gu U Min - Bagan
Asia Private Travels guide and driver will pick you up at your hotel and take you to the Bagan boat jetty. Take a private riverboat upstream toward Kyaung Gu U Min.
Throughout the short trip, you will be presented with spectacular images of Irrawaddy river life, including fishermen, local ferry boats, riverbank villages, and the landscape of the Bagan temples.
When you get to Sae Lan village, you stop and take a walk on the shore. Sae Lan is representative of the Irrawaddy River's waterfront communities. The friendly people are farmers and fishermen who live humble but happy lifestyles.
Your Myanmar Tour in Bagan by boat will travel to Kyauk Gu U Min, on the river's east side. The temple is near. On the entryway of this stunning temple are intricate stone carvings representing religious figures and flowers.
After you've explored Kyauk Gu U Min, you'll go back to the boat and take a relaxing ride back to Bagan (about 1 hour). When you get to Bagan, you'll be taken back to your hotel.
