Route of Bagan Private Classic Full Day Trip: Myitche - Pakkoku -Thanakha Market - Irrawaddy River Cruise

You will have a talk with the tour guide at the hotel this morning. Our Burma Tour begins at Myitche. We'll make a quick stop at the early-morning market. There is a tiny village nearby where the residents weave rattan (or cane) housewares, and we will make a quick stop to observe the process.

On this Myanmar short trip, we keep going to Pakkoku by boat. Depending on the season, residents may be planting, harvesting, or processing crops, and there are several opportunities to stop and connect with the local farmers.

We'll get to Pakkoku at noon. You can look around the lovely town of Pakkoku to see the Thanakha Market, where the people create cheroots.

After that, take a rest and return by boat along the Irrawaddy River (about 2 hours). Put your feet up, unwind, and take in the breathtaking scenery while you continue your journey to Bagan, where you will be taken back to your accommodation by Asia Private Travels.
