The Place Luxury Boutique Villas

We had a romantic chalet with view of the bay and it was like a paradise location for us. Everything from pick up at pier to welcome at hotel was perfect. The staff were great, 5 room cleaners, free afternoon tea delivered and the pool guy was brilliant. We snorkelled everyday over the underwater shipwreck in front of the place which was one of the best spots on the island. Short walk to town across the beach but far enough away to be quiet. The swimming pools are gorgeous. We will stay there again.

The staff, the view, the location, the private pool, the bathroom, it was just amazing, everything was perfect, highly recommend! Thanks a lot for this great stay and the staff was just so helpful and nice to us!

EVERYTHING!! it was a great and lovely stay. Everyone was kind and taking care of us for every small detail (even our name on the door with the cure just married sign). The view is astonishing and the villa is so relaxing with so much commodities. Free bikes are a great way to go to city center which is not far from the hotel and the basket with different complementary things you can prepare in your villa is a great idea.

The staff at the place luxury villas are incredible. So kind and knowledgeable about the area, willing to do almost anything to help you out.

We absolutely loved staying at The Place. It is a great location and everything on the island is easily accessible. The staff are really amazing and super friendly. All the transportation to and from The Place can be arranged, which made our journey to and from there very easy. The villa was very very clean and the view from the villa was absolutely amazing. They have really thought about all the small details, which made our stay even better than expected (food delivery to villa, laundry service, motorbike rental, massage in villa, etc). We really loved the no disturb policy and the easy communication with the team through mobile phone when you need them. Highly highly recommend staying here!

The staff and amenities were top notch. Didn’t need to leave the villa unless your made yourself. Quiet and private. Very romantic.

The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the availability to order food and get it delivered, worked really well. The welcome pack was very generous.

If you ever go to koh Tao then please stay at the Place - it’s incredible from start to finish .
