Naroua Villas

The villa was beautiful with all the amenities one would want from this type of villa. The host was very friendly and attentive and nothing was too much trouble. The property is very high up a steep track so not great for walking to amenities but a free shuttle is available on demand with a bit of notice. We had a great stay.

Absolutely fabulous. We stayed there a week and wish to stay another month. The view alone is worth the money. Yes, it's not "cheap" but we knew that and it beats backpacker-filled resorts at the beach. If you want alone time and relax then this is your place. Private pool, super clean, massive terrace, separate rooms with ensuit bathrooms and we basically had time to be apart and reboot when necessary. Kitchen is nice, could have a few more utilities, and more counter space if you really want to cook. Driver is excellent, there are a few villas so if more guests want the service it could be slow I suppose but I'm sure he was almost elusively available for us and arrives at the requested pickup point within 20min. Maid service is great and would always supply bottled water, although a water dispenser would make a lot more sense?

We had a very good time here. Pong managed everything perfect for us and the free shuttle was an amazing service. Would strongly recommend staying here.

Everything was just amazing!! The service is impeccable. The staff are extremely kind and the villa was beyond our expectations. The photos show how beautiful the location is but I can’t describe how perfect and breathtaking the views really are. They have their own taxi service, They reply straight away and also leave a phone for you free of charge, folders with interesting information and you can order from many restaurants in the folder plus they deliver. They really go out their way to make you as comfortable and luxurious as possible. I really want to go back and if so, I definitely will rebook with Naroua villas!

Lovely 2 bed villa, excellent pool and the view was unbeatable. All required elements available in kitchen. Bathroom was stunning. Andy the host is first class and the transport daily was prompt, spotless and friendly.

Everything! We had a 2 bedroom villa and it was amazing! Pong was so helpful, gave us a phone to contact him when our if we needed taxi back to the villa. The views were amazing and all the staff were excellent. Being able to get food delivered to the villa was amazing also. Can’t wait to go back!

We are a couple who have been travelling for 2 months and booked some luxury for Christmas. It definitely met all our expectations and more. We was collected from the hostel we was already staying at. When arriving into the villa the host pong was there to meet us, he explained everything and gave us a local phone so we could order delivery food or contact him if we was out. The villa itself is amazing we cooked breakfast every day as there was enough facilities to cook small things. The villa was clean and very well decorated the pool was amazing and the view was something else. The driver was at hand to take you into town or anywhere you wanted during the day- we visited tanote bay on pongs recommendation! The driver was extremely friendly and very professional. I honestly couldn’t of wished for a better stay. The villas are so peaceful such a perfect place to relax, one night we just ordered food as we didn’t want to leave the villa. Would recommend to anyone visiting Koh Tao.

Everything was just perfect. Villa is well-equipped and designed. There is everything you may need. The pool is safe even for kids. But the most impressive thing was the service. The host is really welcoming and ready to help you with whatever you need. There is a shuttle car ready to deliver your to close beaches, restaurants or shops for free. Also they can bring you products by the list if you need, book tickets for the boat or any other activities at the island. There is several good restaurants you can order delivery from. So we definitely will stay there again. Totally recommended.

Literally every single part of our experience was fantastic. Pong and his staff went above and beyond to make our time in Koh Tao an amazing experience. We didn’t have much planned and he did everything we needed. The driver was so funny and nice. Pong even helped us stay an extra night because we loved it so much. Can’t say enough nice things.

Lovely stay a complete dream. How to describe? The accommodation was impeccable with a lot of details in the furniture we could tell that they had really take the time to decorate the place. And then it was Pong, he was our contact for everything, what an extraordinary employee, he would help us with everything, very polite and with a good sense of humor. We loved him! We had a problem with bugs in our room, which was fine, however they took care of it during our going out for dinner, when we come back everything was impeccable again. We had free taxi from the room to wherever we would like to go. Nevertheless, renting a motorbike is always a good idea. We had a wonderful time, the beaches in KoTao were not amazing, so having a private pool was definitely awesome. True it is a bit expensive for Thailand, however it is an amazing experience that we recommend, great for having romantic time alone.

Everything was just amazing. The view the service the villa. Pong is an awesome help. You can always text him or phone him for transportation to places you like to visit. All in all just an amazing place to stay in Koh Tao !!! Totally worth the price !!
