The individuality of a house-rental but with the discreet pampering of a 5 star hotel. At Over the Moon KT you don’t just get a house key and are then ‘left on your own’ (as in the most house-rental cases), as a matter of fact, the house manager is always reachable and acts as a very competent and helpful concierge who assists you in every aspect of your stay, for example by having delicious food delivered to the villa and thus transforming it in a romantic restaurant, or by organizing professional in-house massages ‘with a view’! In addition, the lovely couple taking care of houses and gardens are often around and very dedicated in maintaining the grounds absolutely impeccable! Moreover, we particularly liked the position. Very close to great beaches, villages and entertainment but still far enough to give you the feeling of seclusion and of being away from it all, amidst lush tropical vegetation and with a fantastic view! Finally, the villa itself (we stayed in the green one for 2 weeks) is gorgeous and comes with an impeccable good taste, mixing traditional Thai and modern features. It is very “airy” and bright and designed in a way that there is an enjoyable corner for every time of the day and weather condition, always with the nature, view and plunge-pool in sight! Thanks to the Over the Moon KT staff for an unforgettable stay!

Opal the Property manager was very kind and useful, she organised our pick up and drop off to the Pier and she was waiting for us on arrival. We were in contact with her daily to get help with stuff in the house or to get restaurant recommendations- she’s amazing! The place has of course many stairs, but that’s how you get That view! Pool is amazing, kitchen and space also, and the TV has several good International channels including many with English movies.

 Everything! The service we recieved from Opal the villa manager was exceptionsl! She took care of us throughout the visit... great recommendations, she was kind, replied to messages immediatly... not a single bad thing i could think of. Another thing: We missed our ferry at the first day and the villa owner Giovanni was kind enough to compensate us without even asking!!! If youre looking for luxurious stay close to the beach yet private... this is the place for you.

Where to start firstly the villa, great space especially for a couple like ourselves , clean and the pool was a bonus especially with the heat you get and we went in rainy season (June) Then you get the amazing View, to wake up to this every morning was incredible I was Def livingy dream. The staff, they couldn't of been any more helpful and so so friendly. Giovanni who owns the place is so nice we got locked out of our villa one night (don't ask) lol and he was straight over and Kai with his girlfriend the cleaner came to help they were so forgiving and really helped as we felt really bad. Then there is Ploy she greeted us arriving and departing from the villa and honestly was brilliant , so was so helpful with getting a bike and general information and even when we left the villa, great people. We had to move on from the island but honestly would go back and live and would Def go back to this villa was brilliant.

We stayed at this property in 2015 and it did not disappoint then, the return was just as good. The views from the location is fabulous, where else can you lie in bed and look out of the gulf of Thailand. The apartment is well maintained and the staff friendly and helpful. Highly recommend place to stay.
