The villa is right on the beach and there are restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. There is also an outdoor place to get a massage on the beach, a 30 second walk away, which we went to every day! They did a great massage and it was beautiful to watch the sun go down while having a massage. We loved the seating area which looked out over the ocean and the most amazing sunsets. The living area and kitchen have everything you could need. The pool is a really good size for a private pool. The villa is great value for money!

Nice, relaxing place with swimingpool in front of beach. we stayed in second floor. Big appartments, kitchen, nice view in the see. A lot of bars on the beach. Owner has helped us to order tour in Koh Rok island for snoorkling for good price.

Our group was met on arrival by our villa manager and made to feel very welcome. She made herself available throughout our stay, and helped us book food deliveries, restaurants, taxis and excursions. The villa was amazing - very comfortable bed & great private pool - with amazing views over the pool to the beach. Fab sunsets! Lots of good bars, restaurants and massage places all along the beach and within walking distance.

Incredible staff. Ray really tended to our every needs. On NyE I got dengue and my husband got strep and we were stuck in bed. Ray allowed us to stay an extra day as a reduced rate. We were able to stay near a clinic which made a huge difference.
