The rooms are immaculate and very spacious. The staff are super friendly and go the extra mile to do things for you - they got my bf a birthday cake on his birthday! The hotel is on a beautiful beach. The restaurant food is great. BBQs at night and a diverse range at breakfast. The infinity pool and bar is so instagramable.

I absolutely loved this hotel. From check in to check out, everything and everyone was brilliant. The room and bathroom were huge, spotlessly clean, with loads of storage and really nicely decorated. The bed was incredibly comfy and massive. A huge shout out to Yut, Bill and Nee who were really great staff members, always smiling and so helpful. The grounds of the hotel are stunning, with beautiful gardens. The pool/bar/restaurant area is gorgeous, and faces out to sea and the beautiful beach is just a few steps away. It's so idyllic. I didn't want to leave!

Loved everything. Very relaxing. Room was wonderful. Had a little bit of trouble keeping the air conditioning regulated through out the night, but we probably were not using the remote correctly...our fault. Bathroom was wonderful, bed, very comfortable. Pool and beach were awesome!

The resort is absolutely perfect! Location is ideal, a short walk from the main part of Chaweng. Rooms were amazing and staff so helpful. The breakfast buffet in the morning was great with so much choice and overlooking the beach. We also had a really nice dinner on the beach with live music. The resort really was so beautiful right on the beach with a lovely infinity pool and swim up bar. It’s honestly better than the pictures, good value for money. You won’t regret staying there!

From the minute we arrived we were welcomed with such warmth. The service here is 5 star, the staff here treat you as if you are the only guests at the hotel, from remembering your names and asking how you are, to pouring your drink for you and taking your picture, there was nothing we could fault. The hotel is positioned close to many bars and restaurants, however when inside the grounds of the hotel itself its so peaceful and relaxing. The beach and the infinity pool are so clean and the restaurant provided tasty dishes at a reasonable price for the quality and service you receive. Definitely choose this hotel !!!

The staff are super attentive and helpful, the villas are lovely, so are the rooms, the pool is so tranquil and the ocean view superb, the bar is well stocked and the drinks really professionally made, the breakfast is good so is the restaurant I had a really nice stay

The entrance is so unique and it is open air, extremely convenient especially during the covid19 outbreak. The room is spacious, bed is extremely comfortable, the housekeeping is always there whenever you need them. They uses glass bottle for the mineral water, which is extremely great for the environment. The washroom is spacious and clean, there’s even lotion for you to apply ☺️

We’ve been traveling around a lot and Banana Fan Sea is by far the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in. We felt in love with that place and it really feels like home so we decided to extend our stay here and skip our last destination in Thailand. We had a really warm welcome by the staff and mostly Aoy, who made our stay comfortable and full of lovely memories. Thank you so much Aoy for your help, time and kindness. Prior our arrival, Aoy and her team prepared a special surprise for us as we were celebrating our anniversary. She made sure that we had a pleasant stay. Rooms are spacious and super clean with a design bathroom. All amenities needed are in the room. Most of the rooms have a balcony where you can relax at the end of the day : enjoying the weather and looking at the sunset. Few walks away and you’ll find a pretty and clean infinite swimming pool with sun bed along the pool. Direct view to the beach which also have a lot of sun beds for you. The hotel also provides you beach/pool towels :). As for the breakfast, it is a buffet with a lot of food and fresh fruits : a great way to start your journey. Enjoying the view with a good breakfast. Banana Fan Sea team are super nice and always willing to help. They really made you feel like family. I highly recommend this hotel. You won’t regret it and will feel in love like we did and willing to come back again !
