Anantara Bophut Koh Samui Resort

This hotel is fantastic from check in to check out, the rooms are spacious and luxurious, the pool is beautiful with a great bar serving drinks and food. The staff are all very happy and friendly. The beach area is lovely and clean. I loved the location more than anything 5 minutes walk along the promenade to so much choice of restaurants, bars, spas and shops. The gym is also great all the latest hi tech equipment, all in all highly recommend this hotel.

Staff is very nice and keen to help. Food is excellent (restaurants, pool bar) and the breakfast is delightful. Location is perfect. Beach is great too (one of the best on the island). Thank you Mr Lutz and his wonderful team, we hope to come back !

The hotel is clean, nice, not shabby. The kids club is great with lots of activities. The sea is calm almost like a lake. Fisherman village with lots of restaurants is just a few meters away.

From the moment you drive into the property and see the lush green surrounds, the flame lanterns, and the gorgeous large lily pond - you know you are somewhere very special. The staff were phenomenal, personable, extremely helpful and sincere - and nothing was ever too much trouble. The location was fantastic- just a few minutes walk to Fisherman’s Village, where there are an abundance of restaurants, boutiques, bars - and with the most amazing family feel. We travelled with our 1.5 year old son and the trip couldn’t have been better! The locals adore children - and we felt in very safe and friendly hands the whole stay. (9 nights)

The resort has a beautiful landscape and the staff was helpful and friendly. The area of Fisherman's Wharf was great for shopping and eating out. There were many bars with live music, but it was low key and family friendly.

It was our first time staying in an Anantara property, and it far exceeded our expectations. The resort was small and intimate, yet private. The decor was tasteful, and rustic, in keeping with the Thai theme. The service was outstanding, the food at the poolside cafe is highly recommended, and the location was absolutely perfect. The proximity to the shops, restaurants and cafes at adjacent Fisherman’s Village was perfect. On the whole, that area of Koh Samui felt very safe with kids and not as seedy as other areas. Our kids were comfortable, and the beach was lovely and inviting. I would highly recommend this resort for families, and I would definitely visit again.

The hotel is walking distance from the Fisherman’s village, which is very convenient for shopping, eating and visiting. The spa was very nice with a relaxing atmosphere and stress releasing massages. The hotel has its own beach and the pool was very nice. We very much appreciated the happy hour cocktails as well.
