An Asia Private Travels representative will pick you up from your hotel in Yangon.
We will depart from your hotel and start our Myanmar tour while enjoying a comfortable transfer to Pansodan Jetty.
Arriving at Pansodan Jetty, you will be guided to board a two-deck ferry to cross the Yangon River, reaching Dhala, a charming low-lying township near Yangon, known for its bustling local markets, serene Buddhist temples, and breathtaking rural landscapes. This scenic ferry ride takes approximately 15 minutes, this is your time to experience what a Yangon boat trip feels like!
This is also a chance to experience the bustling local atmosphere as the ferry quickly fills up with locals, as there is no bridge connecting Yangon and Dhala. You may encounter sellers offering snacks and other goods to the passengers.
Arriving in Dhala, we disembark from the ferry in Dhala and embark on a sightseeing Myanmar adventure via a local trishaw.
Here tourists can be free to explore lively local markets, visit Buddhist temples, and discover rural neighborhoods, providing ample opportunities to immerse themselves in the local culture. Don’t forget to capture beautiful photos of the splendid landscapes along this Yangon to Dhala tour.
Our first destination is the Calvary Peace Center. We will explore the Calvary Peace Center and traditional workshops, where you can witness local craftsmanship and learn about traditional arts and crafts.
It’s time to return to Dhala Jetty and board a ferry to Yangon around midday.
Arriving at Pansodan Jetty in Yangon marks the end of our memorable Burma adventure tour.
Asia Private Travels will support you to enjoy a comfortable transfer from Pansodan Jetty back to your hotel in Yangon, concluding the half-day tour.
