"Services: 10/10. We DM them via Facebook and they answered immidiately. They answered our questions about the tour and payment policy even if it's the working hours or not. When the tour started, they got even more dedicated! Always asked if the car went to pick us up or the hotel was comfortable.  Itinerary: 9/10. We didn't make much change to the original itinerary. But we wish we spent one more day in Hanoi. So much thing we didn't get to see."
